Unknown's Pov:

I chuckle as I see that the so called best detective team in Seoul is getting right into our traps.

I look at the footage of them getting shocked because of the murder of Choi Hyun-woo.

Sadly the person who killed him left a piece of his cloth near the murder scene, and I'm sure that the detective team will find it.

Our next plan is to kill the three best bodyguards of the President.

I also noticed that the captain of the detective is very pretty..... "Oh shit wait that's enemy team don't think that" I curse under my breath and take a deep breath.

As I was thinking about these, I hear a knock on the door.

"Come in" I say and turn my chair towards the door to see who has knocked.

A tall, burly man steps into the room, his face expressionless. It's my most trusted person and my bestfriend.

"Boss," he says in a low, gravelly voice. "We have new information. The detective team has identified the piece of cloth and traced it back to one of our suppliers. They're getting closer."

I nod, taking in the information. "We expected this," I reply calmly. "Are the plans for the next phase ready?"

"Yes, everything is in place," he confirms. "The bodyguards will be at the charity event tomorrow night. We are ready to strike."

"Good," I say, a slow smile spreading across my face. "And make sure our tracks are covered this time. We can't afford any more mistakes."

He nods and turns to leave, but pauses at the door. "One more thing, boss- I'm going to drop the formal thing here because this is about my personal life. But Shin I think I'm in love with someone..."

I feel a flicker of curiosity mixed with happiness for my bestfriend. "Who is it?"

"Uhhh about that I don't know anything about him" he replies.

"Oh it's a him huh" I smirk and tease him.

He groans in response "help me alright?" And I nod.

"Ofcourse I'll help you Hwang.... Hyunjin" I say

"Thankyou Shin Ryujin" he says with a smile.

Ryujin's Pov:

With that, Hyunjin exits the room, leaving me alone with my thoughts. The game is getting more intense, and I know I'll need to stay one step ahead to succeed.

As Hyunjin exits, the room falls into silence once more. I lean back in my chair, contemplating the next move. The charity event is a critical juncture, and there's no room for error. Hyunjin's unexpected revelation about his love life adds a surprising twist to the already complex scenario.

For a moment, my thoughts drift back to the detective team's captain, Hwang Yeji. I can't afford to let personal feelings cloud my judgment, especially not now. Shaking off the distraction, I refocus on the task at hand. The stakes are high, and every move must be calculated with precision.

"Time to tighten the noose," I mutter to myself, turning back to the plans laid out on my desk. The game is far from over, and I intend to come out on top.

I study the blueprints and schedules for the charity event one last time. Every detail must be perfect to ensure the success of our plan. My mind races through the possible scenarios, evaluating risks and countermeasures.

Just then, my phone buzzes on the desk. I glance at the screen-it's a message from one of our informants.

"Detective team is on the move. They're planning to secure the event early," the message reads.

I curse under my breath. "Looks like Hwang Yeji isn't wasting any time," I mutter.

Quickly, I send a message to my team: "Be ready for any changes. We need to stay ahead of them."

I stand up and pace the room, my mind working through contingency plans. Hyunjin's personal revelation earlier lingers in my thoughts. He deserves happiness, and I'll do everything in my power to help him. But for now, our focus must remain sharp.

As the hours pass, the tension builds. Finally, it's time to make our move. I gather my team and lay out the final instructions.
