Marjorie was in the bathroom getting ready. Her and Reece were staying in for their date tonight, but she at least wanted to put on makeup.

"Make sure you are wearing pink!" Marjorie called out from the bedroom.
"I don't think I have any pink!" Reece called back, getting frustrated.
"Hold on." Marjorie said, putting the lid on her eyeliner.

Marjorie walked out from the bathroom and into their bedroom. She opened her drawer and pulled out a super oversized pink sweatshirt.

"Here. Now you will be ready." Marjorie said, handing him the sweatshirt.
"Thank you." Reece said, putting on the sweatshirt. "It smells like you."

Marjorie reached down to her drawer again and pulled out a pink crop top, with 'Barbie' written across the front. She took off her shirt and put the Barbie one on. She could feel Reece staring at her.

"And what are you looking at?" Marjorie said, turning to face Reece.
"Nothing!" Reece looked down at the floor.

The two of them walked downstairs. Marjorie grabbed a bowl of popcorn, along with wine and two glasses. She sat next to Reece on the couch, putting her legs in his lap.

"Have you ever seen the Barbie movie?" Marjorie asked, pouring Reece a glass of red.
"No." Reece replied, taking a sip of wine.
"I have. I saw it when it first came out. One of my favorite movies of all time. I sobbed." Marjorie said, practically chugging her wine.
"Seriously? It's a Barbie movie. It can't be that sad, gorgeous." Reece questioned, but he also remembered that Marjorie does cry at everything.
"Seriously, darling. And I know I cry at everything but this movie hit so close to home." Marjorie said, kissing him on the cheek and putting on the Barbie movie.

The two of them exchange occasional laughter while watching the movie. Reece lifted Marjorie up so she was fully on top of him, her snuggling into him.

"It's literally impossible to be a woman," Gloria says on the television.

Marjorie could feel the waterworks coming. She was really interested to see what Reeces reaction would be.

"You have to be career-driven. But also always looking out for other people. You have to answer for men's bad behavior, which is insane. But if you point that out, you are accused of complaining. You are supposed to stay pretty for men. But not so pretty that you tempt them too much or that you threaten other women because you are supposed to be apart of the sisterhood. Always stand out! And always be grateful!" Gloria yells on the screen.

Marjorie was full on sobbing as Gloria finished her speech to Barbie. Reece grabbed the remote and looked at Marjorie.
"This is how all women feel?" Reece said, wiping a tear that fell from his eye.
Marjorie nodded. "Yes, unfortunately my love. It's the reality."
"Wow. I had no idea." Reece said, rubbing his hand on Marjorie's back, trying to console her.

The two stayed in silence and the movie played. By the end of the movie, both of them were sobbing.

"Holy shit Marjorie. That was a beautiful movie." Reece said, sniffling.
"Yeah." Marjorie said, getting up to get more wine.

Reece got up and met her in the kitchen. He turned her around and gave her a hug.

"I had no idea you feel that way. And that women all around the world feel that way. It makes me appreciate you more, and honestly I appreciate Autumn more as well. And Carly, and Sorscha, and Charlotte, hell, even Mia and Siobhan. This movie opened up my eyes, gorgeous. And I have you to thank for that. I love you and I hope you know I'll be here for you, forever and always." Reece said, holding her tight.
"Thank you, my love. I got so lucky, having you come into my life. I've never been with such a loving man. You are willing to do anything for anyone, at the drop of a hat. I appreciate you so much. You do so much for me and I don't know how I'll ever pay it back. I love you more, darling." Marjorie said, reaching up to kiss him on the lips.
"Being in a relationship with you is enough, sweetheart. You are the reason I wake up everyday. You already have paid me back, by being you, and loving so incredibly hard. You never gave up on me when I went back to Mia briefly. You have and will never give up on me. Even on days when I don't want to talk and just want to spend the day in bed. I'll spent the rest of my life making it up to you. You being you is more than enough for me." Reece said, wiping a stray tear that fell from Marjorie's eyes.

Marjorie pulled him back in for a hug, and then dragged him upstairs. Marjorie laid down first, and then Reece. Reece laid on Marjorie's chest, wrapping his arms around her.

"I love you gorgeous." Reece said.
"I love you more, my love." Marjorie replied, pulling the covers over them and kissing the top of Reeces forehead.
