Ayeza looked at her with a mixture of sadness and frustration. "Belle, you're making a decision out of anger and hurt. Think about it. Ahmed is struggling, and you're both in a tough spot. Separating won't solve the issues; it will just create more pain."

Aira shook her head, her resolve unwavering. "Eonnie, I can't do this anymore. Every time I see him with her, it breaks me. I need to find my own peace."

Ayeza sighed, knowing she couldn't force Aira to change her mind but hoping her sister would reconsider. "Just promise me one thing, Aira. Before you make any final decisions, talk to Ahmed one last time. Make sure you're absolutely certain this is what you want."

Aira nodded, her tears still falling. "I promise, Eonnie. I'll talk to him."

Ayeza hugged her tightly, hoping that this conversation would lead to healing and not further heartbreak. "I'm here for you, belle, no matter what you decide. Just remember that love is worth fighting for, even when it's hard."

Ayeza then went back to her room, her mind racing with thoughts of Aira and Ahmed. She knew she had to do something to help her sister. Determined, she decided to visit Ahmed's house the next day to talk to him and try to save their marriage.

The following morning, Ayeza woke up early, feeling a mix of anxiety and determination. She placed a protective hand on her swollen belly, feeling the gentle movements of her unborn child. Despite the physical and emotional exhaustion of her final months of pregnancy, her love for her sister drove her to act.

Getting ready was a challenge, her body protesting with every movement, but Ayeza pushed through the discomfort. She knew the importance of what she needed to do. As she approached Ahmed's house, she took a deep breath, hoping that her words could make a difference.

When she arrived, she knocked on the door. After a few moments, Umer opened it. As he came for some documents. Ahmed wasn't home, but Ayeza decided to speak with Umer instead.

"Ayeza, what brings you here?" Umer asked, surprised to see her.

She looked at him with concern, her own fatigue evident in her eyes. "Umer, I need to talk to Ahmed about Aira. But since he's not here, maybe you can help."

Umer nodded, leading her to the living room. They sat down, and Ayeza wasted no time getting to the point.

"Umer, I know things have been incredibly tough lately. Aira is hurting, and so is Ahmed. They need to fight for their marriage, not let it fall apart because of misunderstandings and outside influences."

Umer listened intently, understanding the gravity of the situation. "I understand, Ayeza. I'll do whatever I can to help. I will talk to Ahmed about this."

As they continued to talk, Ayeza suddenly felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. Her face contorted in discomfort, and she gasped, clutching her belly.

"Ayeza, are you okay?" Umer asked, alarmed.

She shook her head, the pain intensifying. "No, something's wrong. I need to get to the hospital."

Without wasting a moment, Umer called the maid to help Ayeza to her feet and supported her as they made their way to his car. He drove as quickly and safely as he could to the hospital, his heart pounding with worry. Once they arrived, he rushed her inside, where the medical staff quickly took over.

As Ayeza was being attended to, Umer pulled out his phone and called Ahmed, his voice urgent. "Ahmed, it's Umer. Ayeza came to your house but her condition got bad and now she is in the hospital. She's in a lot of pain. Please call her father."
