Hanni stood up, her face immediately showing guilt and sadness. "Aira," she replied softly, her voice tinged with remorse.

Aira took a step closer, her expression a blend of confusion and hurt. "What are you doing here?" she asked, struggling to keep her emotions in check.

Hanni looked down, unable to meet Aira's gaze. "I... I came with Tae-min oppa. He wanted to see Ayeza, and I... I just came along," she explained, her voice barely above a whisper.

Aira's eyes searched Hanni's face, trying to process the unexpected encounter. "Why now, Hanni? After everything that happened... why did you come?"

Hanni took a deep breath, gathering her courage. "Aira, I know I've hurt you and caused so much pain. I can't change the past, but I'm trying to change myself. I've realized my mistakes, and I want to make things right, if that's even possible."

Aira's expression softened slightly, though the pain was still evident in her eyes. "It's not that simple, Hanni. The wounds run deep."

Hanni nodded, tears welling up in her eyes. "I know, Aira. And I don't expect forgiveness overnight. I just wanted you to know that I'm truly sorry for everything. I never meant to hurt you or come between you and Ahmed."

Aira looked at Hanni for a long moment, her own emotions swirling inside her. "It's going to take time, Hanni. A lot of time."

Hanni then said, her voice filled with concern, "Aira, Kim is in so much pain. His life has become so much worse without you. He gets annoyed at small things, and his anger has become so dangerous. He doesn't sleep at night."

Aira's eyes softened with concern and sorrow. "I didn't know it was that bad," she admitted, her voice trembling slightly. "I thought maybe... he was better off without me."

Hanni shook her head, tears welling up in her eyes. "No, Aira. He's not. He misses you terribly. We all see it. He prays all night, trying to find peace, but he can't. He needs you."

Aira took a deep breath, the weight of Hanni's words sinking in. "It's not just that easy, Hanni. So much has happened between us."

"I know," Hanni said, her voice pleading. "But maybe you could talk to him. Even if it's just to clear the air. He needs to hear from you, Aira."

Aira nodded slowly, considering Hanni's words. "I'll think about it. But it's going to take time. We need to rebuild trust and heal old wounds."

Hanni gave a small, hopeful smile. "That's all I ask, Aira. Just give it a chance. For both of your sakes. Because I've tried so many times, but he doesn't listen to me. And you know what..." She lowered her head, her voice softening. "I've also tried to propose to him, but he rejected me in no time."

Aira's expression hardened at Hanni's words, a mix of surprise and a simmering resolve replacing her previous empathy. She took a step back, her eyes narrowing slightly as she processed the revelation. "I see," she said evenly, though her heart felt a pang of bitterness.
