Oscars pov"I can't believe i got a B plus, I actually did more than just pass? Like i passed well, in science of all things?" I turn to Tyler and nudge his shoulder as we head out of the classroom. "See I t-told you it would b-be fine!" He grins and nudges me back.
"Oscar I owe you every penny in my bank for getting me that grade." I laugh and shake my head. "T-That was because o-of you! Seriously T-Tyler, you're smarter t-than you think."
"Smarter than he thinks? am I in a parallel universe?" I turn and smile as Luke walks up beside us, though it becomes slightly less genuine when I see Sarah pop up beside him.
I should stop, she hasn't exactly done anything wrong. She seems... okay not nice but not mean?
"Shut up Luke, anyways can you all hurry up? I'm starving!" I grin and turn to Luke. "H-how was your class?" He hums and goes to talk but Sarah cuts him off.
"Oh we just talked through the whole thing, Luke was telling me about how he plays football."
"Was he now." I nudge Tyler without looking at him, silently telling him to shut up. "T-thats ni-"
"Yeah i'm going to come watch his game tonight."
Luke smiles and turns to me. "Speaking of, can you come?" I shake my head, for the first time silently cursing myself for having a job. "I c-can't sorry, i've got work." He hums and goes to say something but is yet again interrupted.
"You have a job?" I nod awkwardly at Sarah, trying my hardest to ignore her judging tone. Right, Tyler did warn us she lived off her dad's money.
"Yeah, I w-work at the bakery in t-t-town." Luke groans and grins. "They sell the most life changing things there."
"Remember when I used to bring cupcakes to school! Lukie over here couldn't get enough of them." Tyler smirks. "They tasted like sick at best." He leans closer to my ear. "Luke would throw them away each time." I grin at him, though I try to hide it when I see her unimpressed expression.
"Shut up Tyler, just because you can't even read a recipe right-" the two continue to bicker, Tyler somehow managing to make her walk ahead of us with him, sending me a quick grin as they go.
I turn to Luke and smile sadly. "S-sorry I can't come to y-your game." He shrugs. "It's fine, it's just high school football, i'm not exactly going pro but if you wanted, you could come after and stay over?" I feel my face go a deep red, one that gets a loud laugh from him in response.
"Not like that you dork, I get you're not ready-."
"It's n-not that, well- it's- I just-" he chuckles and kisses my head. "It's fine, I won't ever try and go further than what we already do unless you make the first move. Okay? I literally just mean sleep over." I pinch my wrist, begging the embarrassment overwhelming me to go away, though I can't help but still smile at what he says.
He doesn't even know how much it means to give me that kind of choice and freedom.
I think about it for a moment before nodding, my fathers away on a business trip for a few days so he won't notice if i'm gone.
"Y-yeah okay. I will. i-i'm going to go s-see Lizzie for a while, i-i'll see you later?" He nods and just before I can walk away he leans next to my ear. "By the way, you're cute when you blush."
He pulls away and smirks. "I'll see you later angel." I wave and quickly walk away, my face practically on fire.

"I'm telling you both, if it doesn't snow this winter I may kill someone. There's no way it's this cold, and raining this often just for us to not get a speck ." I giggle as I finish wiping down the table in the corner.
