Oscars povI walk into the maths classroom early and sit down, silently begging my headache to leave already.
It's been a week since Luke stopped talking to me and it has been awful. I tried to talk to him but he won't listen. And anytime anyone else tries to bring it up he just gets annoyed and walks away.
On top of that my fathers started coming home earlier, something about his last business deal going through the window. Whatever happened has left him... a lot worse than usual.
I hear the door open and I look up only to be met by Luke staring at me. I smile stiffly at him, silently begging him for anything, but he ignores me, as if I'm not even here.
He walks over to Mr Falcon and talks to him in a hushed tone, though the stoney expression on his face making it clear he's not fond of whatever's being said. Sooner or later Mr Falcon sighs and hands him a slip, one which Luke takes and quickly leaves without even glancing in my direction.
I sigh and rest my head on my arms.
He really does hate me, doesn't he?
"So who was it?" I look up to see Mr Falcon staring at me.
"Huh?" He spins softly with his desk chair. "Who told everyone about Lukes situation, because I can place money on it not being you Oscar." I shrug, distantly thankful that the classroom is still empty. "I ha-have no idea." He hums.
"And you've told told him it wasn't you?" I nod and sigh.
"He w-won't even talk t-to me."
He stretches in his seat and sighs. "It's tough. Wanting to escape this was one of the reasons why he moved schools, so I guess he's just even more hurt by the thought of it being done by the one person he trusted aside from his own family. Don't worry kid, he'll come around." I smile, though my stomach drops.
That was exactly what Lizzie first said about my father.

Peters pov
I walk over to Luke and grin. "Hey Daniels, where's your pet?" He turns and frowns. "Who?" I look around slightly confused. "Your boyfriend? Oscar? Where the fuck is he?" He continues to walk.
"He's not my boyfriend anymore Peter."
I pause, my mind taking a second to process it before I jog after him. "What? Why? It's not like you guys could have had an argument or anything, he can barely choke out a sentence." He doesn't say anything. No mouthy response to stick up for him, no shove against the wall. Nothing.
Huh
"He's just- not who I thought he was alright? Now drop it." I laugh softly and jog along side of him..
"Wait a minute. Harris has fucked this up? Are you joking? The freak can't stick up for himself for shit." He turns to me and scowls.
"You think Oscar wouldn't spread rumours and shit?" He looks me dead in the eyes and within seconds I look away.
No way in hell am I risking that.
"I mean, I guess not? He has no confidence to talk to his loser friends for more than a few seconds so where is this burst of confidence to ruin his fuck fest and to talk to others huh?" He pauses for a moment, before gritting his teeth and walking away.
I stare after him, confusion flooding my mind. What the fuck did Harris do? I've seen him almost cry when asked his own name, so how the fuck did he manage to piss off Daniels?
