Aarushi

"What now?" I asked him.

"Relax I __

"Relax really? We are stuck here and you are just so chill about it. I can't. I have a reputation and a strict family." I said tearing up.

"Hey stop crying. We will get a way out of here."

"How?" I asked sobbing between my tears. "We will__ get_ caught."

Just then I heard the door open and it was my classmate Karan. "Hey buddy, you are already here." He said and then noticed me. I immediately ran outside from there. One guy saw me crying and I didn't want another one to see.

And to my displeasure I met our teacher in the corridor. "Where were you roaming Aarushi? I gave you one job and you couldn't do that. This was not expected from you." She lectured me and I could feel my eyes get heavy.

Even if we are always up to their expectations they always find a way to just point out our mistakes. You need always to be perfect and flawless or else you are not their favourite!  Who even wants to be their favourite. I just want a clear image and happy parents.

I kept all my thoughts beside and went towards the canteen to find my friends. The moment I sat on the table I had a disturbance. "What?" I turned to look at Myra fuming with anger. Myra. The girl I hate the most. She is a fake bitch.

"Stay away from Aadi." She declared. As if I am interested.

"Anything else?" I was frustrated.

"If I ever see you around him, I will__

"You will what? Kill me? Bully me?" I scoffed as I  cut her in between.

"I will get back to you." She announced and hurriedly ran away. I heard someone laughing behind me and turned around to find Purvi laughing her head off.

"That was amazing. My baby is growing up." She dramatically hugged me.

We finally sat on the table after our laughing session and the first question Purvi asked made all the fun go away. "What is the thing between you and that Mr. Popular?"

"Wait. Who?"

"Aadi Singhania." She announced.

Really me and Aadi? Nahhh never. I can't even imagine it. I hate boys like him and him too.

"Are you out of your mind? There is nothing like that I am just tutoring him, forcefully." I sighed thinking yesterday's events. How I wish I would have said no.

"No really think about it. The topper and the backbencher what a match!" She screamed excitedly gaining stares from everyone.

"Why don't we talk to all the members in the student council." Avinash 'the school captain' suggested.

"I am not wasting my time on that meeting. We have more important things to do." I replied.

"Yah. Like tutoring the bad boy?" He sassily replied.

"Why is that concerning you so much?"

"Cause I" he stopped midway. "Nothing." He replied after a long pause.

Kuch toh gadbad hai daya.

"Fine. I am leaving." I declared and left from there.

I really don't understand what is wrong with people around me. Is it me or its them, whatever it is, it feels weird. I was walking to my class and my eyes found Aadi chilling with his friend Karan I suppose.

"You." I pointed to him. "I don't want any rumours about us in school. No one should know that I tutor you." I warned him. Only a day of tutoring this guy and I have been asked hundreds of questions.

"You should be happy that you have been paired with the most popular and handsome guy." He said gaining a laugh from me.

"Jokes on you."

"Hey Aarushi." Avinash came from behind. "I wanna talk to you."

"Umm yes?"

"Let's go visit a cafe today." He replied scratching his head.

"Who all are coming?" I asked unsure of what this guy is actually upto.

"Nah just the two of us." I raised my brows at his question.

"Unfortunately No. I have a very tight schedule."

I didn't want to hurt him but I didn't want to give him hope too.

Avinash looked at me with disappointment in his eyes and left from there. I felt really bad but I don't like him and he needs to know that.

"That was a solid rejection." Aadi commented laughing.

"Shut up."

This was the third time I was zoned out today. I kept all the thoughts aside and tried to focus on what the teacher was speaking.

"So students your exams are nearing. Come to me if you all have any doubts." The teacher said and the first hand that I found in the air was of Aadi? The teacher was taken aback for a while, actually the whole class was.

"Can we know the name of printing press in which the papers are going to be printed." He spoke casually and the whole class started laughing, including me. And after a while the teacher also gave in.

"Can't you be serious for once, Aadi." I could feel the pain in teacher's voice. Guys like him are a pain in ass.

"That's no fun, mam." He joked.

"Out, Aadi." Our teacher shouted.

"Roj ka hai mera toh." He joked and moved out of the class. "Chalta hu dosto."

"Mam, can I please accompany him." His friend Karan asked shamelessly. Mam kept her hand on her hand and just slightly nodded. The moment mam picked up the book again, bell rang. It looked like she was mentally cursing herself. Why does she teach here.

Aadi and his friends are definitely good entertainment.
