Aarushi

A week later.

It's been a week since I have started teaching this dumb ass. He has now bonded with my parents. I shouldn't have brought him in house at the first place.

It's Sunday today and I am supposed to go at his house. And well I need to look presentable. I mean he studied at my place the whole week and well the encounters weren't so normal.

Flashback

I check my watch and sigh. He is not here yet. Maybe he won't come today.

Why don't I do some skincare then. I applied a charcoal mask and sat munching popcorn. After a while there was a knock.

"Must be mom."

I open the door to find Aadi staring at me. Shoot. The mask.

"Ayee mummy bhootni." He dramatically screamed.

"Shut up you dumbass. There are people here."

I came to the present as I heard the horn. How come he is early today. "Coming." I shout from the window as I rush to go down.

And well what do I find after coming down, him chilling with my parents. "Aren't we getting late, now?" I questioned.

"No, not really."

"Huh? Well you may be having a hell lot of time to waste but I don't."

"Aarushi, Language." My mom scolded.

"Respectfully, Mr. Aadi get the hell out and start the car." I could feel my mom's sharp eyes on me.

Aab mai kya karu yaar? Ye baande ko aase hi samaj aata hai.

The moment I entered his room, hell lot of clothes fell on me. "The fuck?"

"Uhh, Sorry it's you know a little messed up." He replied shaking his head in embarrassment.

"A little?" I sarcastically asked.

"Um yeah?"

~

"So this is how you balance the chemical equation." I finished with my lecture taking a sigh of relief. I turned around to look at him so done. "I guess you are all ready for tomorrow's test now." I said laughing to which he just rolled his eyes.

"Woman, you are torture me alot. I thought my handsome body will distract you but damn."

"You? Handsome?" I started laughing making him angry.

"So you mean I am not handsome?" He asked so seriously. This is the first time that I see him this serious. Interesting.

"No." I straight away replied making his mouth open in wide shock.

"So what is your definition you handsome?"

"Why? Do you want to propose?"

"In your dreams." He scoffed.

"Overconfident, are we?"

Before he could say something, some guys dashed in the room as if it was their property.

"Oh, so you are with a girl." A guy from our school I guess commented.

"That too, topper." Another guy joined in.

"Shut up." I got up. "I will leave."

"Oh no, I think we should leave." Karan replied in a teasing way.

"That's enough guys." Aadi announced and everyone stopped. I like that.

"You can join, we don't have any probs." A guy said.

"I am not interested." I replied.

"I will drop you." Aadi screamed from behind as I left the room.

"I'll manage."

"No way." He replied coming beside me. I stared at him blankly. "What don't get your hopes too high, I don't want to disturb your parents."

"Yeah, ofcourse." I rolled my eyes.

"Too arrogant, are we?" He asked as he opened the car door for me.

"Look who's saying." I reply gaining a confused look from him.

"Me arrogant?" He asked.

"A lot."

"And yet girls are dying to talk to me."

"Overconfidence kills mister." I replied.

-
I finally reach my house and dash to my dear bed. Oh how I love sleeping. But then again I want to read a book. I toss to the side table of my bed and pick my current book.

"Aww, he calls her 'love' how cute."

As I was engrossed in plot twist my stupid phone rang. "What?" I asked Aditi angrily.

"Jeez girl, what did I do?"

I take a deep breath and then calmly answer her. "You did nothing. Why did you call me?"

"Oh yeah, you coming to the mall?"

As much as I love reading. I want to go out and refresh my mood too but uhh my books I can't leave them now.

"I doubt." I replied unsurely.

"Shut up. You are coming and I will be there to pick you up in 15 minutes."

"But aditi__

"No discussions." And she cuts the call.

Great. Now after handling that dumbo, I will have to handle another dumbo. Why do I have all the antique pieces in my life.

I finally got up and put on some good clothes and packed my hair in a bun.

We reach the mall and I pray to God that please I don't want some wierd experience now.

"Pehle pet puja ki shopping?" Aditi turns to me.

"As much as I love shopping, I don't compromise on my food toh pehle pet puja." She giggles at my response and we rush to the food court.

"No way." I said shocked.
