Chapter 13: Dreaming With Helios

After a while during their wedding plan, Usagi went to visit her family again, but this time, she was bringing Sae-Byeok and Jake-Long to meet her family.

Just when they arrived at the Tsukino House, they found Usagi's brother Shingo eating some lemon pie that Ikuko made as a reward for getting 100% on his schoolwork.

"No fair, Mom! I want lemon pie!" Usagi wailed.

"Well, dear, since you left high school for Wu Shi Academy, I was going to make some cake for your wedding," Ikuko said.

She blinked. "Wow! Really!?"

She nodded. "Of course. I wanted to celebrate my little girl for getting married early."

"Gosh, thanks, Mom," Usagi said.

"And who are your new friends?" Kenji asked as he noticed Sae-Byeok and Jake-Long.

"This is Jake-Long and Sae-Byeok. These are my friends from Wu Shi Academy." Usagi said that she didn't tell her parents that their grandkids were from the future. She has to lie about it.

"Nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. Tsukino," Jake-Long said as he gave Ikuko and Kenji a handshake. Sae-Byeok does the same.

"My, aren't you a handsome one, but you look familiar. Have we met before?" Ikuko said, curious about his face and his appearance.

He shook his head shyly. "You might already met Liu Kang before. For your questions, I may look like I'm related to Liu Kang."

"Are you two brothers?" Kenji asked.

"I'm his little sister," Sae-Byeok said.

"I see."

"Not really, though..."

"Would you two like some lemon pie?" Ikuko asked with a kind smile.

The two siblings nodded, saying at the same time, "Of course."

Then Ikuko offered them some lemon pie while offering Usagi a small wedding cake. So they celebrated the early wedding day while the conversation went on. After that, Ikuko went looking over some photographs of Usagi when she was a little girl, before then showing Sae-Byeok and Jake-Long one of her with the whole family.

When the night came, they decided to stay one night at the Tsukino House. Sae-Byeok was in Usagi's room, sleeping. That was when her dream took over.

Dream

Helios appeared to Sae-Byeok as he gave her a ride. So he showed her around as they looked through the view. Sae-Byeok admired the world as she felt she could fly. After a few minutes, Helios landed on the ground, letting Sae-Byeok get off.

"That was fun. Thanks for everything, Helios." Sae-Byeok said excitedly.

"You know, you might be the one I had been looking for," Helios said.

She blinked in confusion. "What?"

"When I look at you, you were the maiden I had been searching for. You might be the one." Helios said.

"What do you mean?" Then he gently kissed her and took a human form before vanishing again. That was when love bloomed before Sae-Byeok would awaken.

"Helios. What are you saying there? I don't understand." Sae-Byeok said to herself, blushing softly.
