57: Goodbye

my last chapter because I'm not in a good place right now. but i might make another book but idk. um so this is me grieving my very VERY alive wife. i kind of changed a few things, in real life she's obviously my wife.

You looked along the dark path, you always wondered what was out there waiting for you but to scared to take that leap. to scared to find out what was there for you.

"Come on, don't be so stupid." She told you, the girl you dreamed of every night but would never look at you the same.

You laughed at her as she almost fell over her own feet, the street lights made her eyes sparkle and her skin glow in a warm orange, "are we lost?" You asked.

She shrugged and smiled at you, that smile made you weak to your knees, "maybe?" She questioned herself, it was 1am so both of you were tired.

You just laughed at her, that's all you could do. "Who's fault is that." You asked, She shrugged.

"Hey, remember when we got lost because you couldn't find the movie theatre?" You just scoffed and rolled your eyes, She laughed and kissed your cheek.

You went bright red and kept quiet for a while after that, you didn't know what to say you couldn't tell her that you was in love with her because she's your friend and plus she would never look at you like that.

She stopped in her tracks and spun around to face you, "You are my favourite person in the whole world" She said with a smirk on her face, she was such a warm and welcoming person so she said it in a friendly way.

"You're my favourite person as well."

She pulled you into a hug, "I know you hate hugs but just accept it." You didn't hate hugs with her, once you laid there for 2 hours and watched her sleep because you was her pillow.

You walked along the path until you got to an opening, "don't be such a wussy." You was kind of worried but followed her anyways.

You got to this big path and it was completely dark, "Um.. are you sure this is safe." She laughed at your worriedness.

"not a clue." She walked onto the path and gestured her hand to follow her.

You grabbed her hand and followed her down the path, You had the biggest smile on your face and you could feel your heart beating in your chest. you was excited but also scared.

You saw a blinding light coming towards you but she just laughed and pulled you out the way with her. everything went white and you woke up on the side of the road.

"I'm sorry, you fell and hit your head. I didn't know what to do so I just sat with you."

You both just laughed, that night was the night that she became the most important person to you, you started dating after 2 weeks and you kept going to the path just for her.

She was sat on your lap, you were sat in an abandoned building, "I swear to god, I'm gonna marry you." She told you, You chuckled, "calm down, it's only been 2 months."

you were walking down the isle on your wedding day, you was scared to see her but also excited just like that first day you went to the path.

She walked down the isle and all your nerves calmed down, She stood in front of you so perfectly. Her hair out of her face made her look stunning.

It got to the vows, "Um.. so I actually have some of my own, all I have to say is, that I'm really glad you commented on my post and we met up that one time because otherwise I would probably be dead right now."

She smiled, "Your the only person in my life who actually understands me, and i love that about you, also you brought out the best of me which I've never seen and you have hurt me yes but you've also healed me." You smiled as she chuckled.

You had 3 kids after that, lizzie was the oldest, ben middle and your little baby tulip. They all grew up to be amazing kids, They fought a lot and argued but when they all needed each other they were there.

You took her on a date back to the path, You walked down the familiar path with her and saw the same sparkle in her eyes and the same orange glow on her face. You couldn't help but smile.

You grabbed onto her hand as you walked down the path with her, "Your cute." You whispered before kissing her softly.

her lips were cold, "You have to stop thinking about me." You frowned, "The car hit me that night, I'm dead.."

You saw a blinding light coming towards you, the last thing you saw was her face before she pushed you causing you to stumble back and hit your head.

She saved your life, but you never got to admit your feelings. "I love you." You admitted, but it was to late. she couldn't hear you, you couldn't feel her anymore. "Please, I love you."

She gave you a warm smile, "goodbye." You shook your head.
