────୨ৎ──── A few weeks ago
It was daytime and Y/n had just finished a mission with Megumi, it was quick and there was no accidents or injuries that needed healing.
"You know, after I finish a mission I don't know what to do. It's like having extra time and having nothing to use it on," y/n sighed as she got on the car with Megumi following behind her just listening to her talk.
"I'd assume that you would be studying or having your nose in some book with the time that's left," Megumi told her and the girl just rolled her eyes at his words.
"The weather forecast says it's suppose to rain today, can't go out even if I wanted to," Y/n sighed and put her phone in the pocked of her skirt. The lady that took them back to the school was no where to be seen and Y/n started to get worried.
"Did Gojo tell us to go walking back or...?" Megumi began to look around the street wondering where their ride was and it was no where to be found. The clouds started showing in the sky more and the day turned gray.
The duo quickly walked to the nearest store in the area to wait for their ride. The school wasn't super far, it was a 40 minute walk from where they were but still.
"Should we shop around?" Y/n turned to look up at Megumi who nodded his head. The girl grabbed a cart and started to walk around with Megumi by her side.
"I kinda do need more stationary..." Y/n said as she walked towards the stationery aisle and began looking at the sticky notes and pens. As she was engrossed in them, Megumi looked through the plushie section. There were many animals and many colors that looked cute.
He picked out a little rilakkuma plushie and smiled. He was going to get this for you.
"Has Gojo-sensei gave you a call or anything Megumi?" The boy shook his head no and put his phone away.
"I guess we will have to get an uber now," Y/n took out her phone and quickly typed something up before turning to Megumi, "we have to wait 20 minutes!"
"That's fine with me," he shrugged. 'Yes! More time with her!' He thought mentally but he couldn't say that out-loud.
Suddenly a thunder was heard which kinda sounded like a bomb. "Damn, the forecast wasn't lying when it said heavy storm..."
"Do you want to check out already or keep shopping? If we check out theres a cafe we can wait in and get drinks," Megumi said nonchalantly. He tries to be so cool for her.
"That sounds great. But you're paying," she laughed. The laugh that made Megumi's heart pitter patter and make him feel bubbly.
