Kwon Boram's POV

"Bad day at work?" Jin asked when he got inside the car after opening my side for me, and I got seated. He closed the door while I sighed because of his question.

"Yes, but it's because of Minyoung." I crossed my arms.

He began to drive us home, and I talked about what happened earlier with Minyoung. I'm just grateful that it was a busy Monday for all of us because there will be a new product launching soon that's why I did not really have the time to talk to her and pay much attention to her aside from lunch, although we mainly did talk about Jin because Kyungmin was left out about who my fiance is. I basically had to talk about him and some parts about how we met and ended up together. I did not share much — I purposely did not. I wanted to keep us private, especially when Minyoung is obsessed with us at the moment.

"But I'll let today slide and give her the benefit of the doubt. She's been a great friend to me anyway. But the next time she oversteps, I won't let it go anymore." I sighed for the nth time. "God, why do your exes always think I'm delusional when I tell them I'm your girlfriend?!" I laughed. "It's so cool you engraved your initial in my rings. They were enough proof for her to believe we're in a real and committed relationship."

"Just wait until we've chosen our wedding ring," he bragged, glancing at me and smirking. "I already know what to put there."

"I want yours with an engraving, too," I decided, caressing the rings he had given me with my thumb and picturing his message in them.

I began to think about the message I wanted inside, but I thought about matching with him instead. I think it will be cuter that way.

"I want our engravings to match," I informed him. "Let me guess: You're just going to have Always and Forever engraved in the ring again, aren't you?" I smirked, teasing him.

He laughed, nodding. "And our wedding date."

The next day, my arrival in the office was the usual. I have developed a routine that significantly helps me become productive throughout the day; it begins with making a daily planner because I cannot function unless everything is organized and planned.

"Hey, girl. Good morning," it was Minyoung once again. A medium-sized iced Americano was in her hand, which she placed on her desk when greeting me.

"Morning." I was being cautious because of yesterday's encounter.

"I wanted to apologize for my attitude yesterday. I didn't mean to be rude."

Oh.

I put my pen down, stopping to list my tasks so that I could give her my full attention.

By the way she smiled and looked at me, I could tell that her apology was sincere, earning her a small smile. "No worries. Just don't do that again."

"Yes, yes. It was just that I'm really surprised that he's actually in a committed relationship. Three years, wasn't it? And then you're getting married?" She sat down on her chair and turned it in my direction.

Minyoung held the edge of her desk, assisting her in pushing herself closer to me. "How did you do that? I'm genuinely curious."

All I could do was shrug because, honestly, even if he had told me many times that I was the reason why he believed in love again, I had never really seen myself from his point of view. I'm just me. I did not purposely do anything to make him want me.

"Like no shit? You must've done something," she insisted.

"I really haven't," I insisted, returning to arranging my daily schedule because the conversation was starting to make me comfortable again. She's a persistent person, and I know she won't stop asking me questions until she's satisfied or if I tell her to shut up.
