(A year ago I broke all you guys hearts sooo...If Albert didn't leave the lodging house)

"How are you feeling?" Albert softly whispered, Finch resting on his chest. "I'm not sure..." Finch mumbled. Albert could feel Finch's heart racing, "It's ok if your scared..."
"I'm not scared... its just very heard to breath."
Albert knew Finch was scared, and he was too. But, if Finch had a hard time breathing, Albert thinks he knows what's wrong. "Finch, have you ever had pneumonia?"
Finch shook his head, "No... is thats what's wrong with me?"
"Maybe... that means we should keep you warm..." Albert got Finch another blanket. Finch sat up as Albert wrapped it around his shoulders, making sure he was warm, and Finch's shivering stopped. "I thought I had to stay cool because of my fever?" Finch didn't quite understand. Albert sat beside him, "If you start sweating or passing out yes and you are going back to the showers, but because your fever is almost gone, we should keep you warm..."
Finch smiled, "This feels better."
Albert smiled back and kissed Finch's cheek, "You want some more water?"
"No thank you-"
"I'm getting you more water, I'm not sure why I asked." Albert got up.
Finch laughed at him, making Albert smile knowing that goofy boyfriend of his was in there somewhere.

Albert got Finch some water but Finch looked a little nervous and jittery, he was fidgeting with his hands and looking at that water like it was poison. Albert gave him the cup and Finch held the cup with two hands and stared at it for a second. "I don't think I can Albie..."
"Just take a sip."
Finch went quiet.
Albert just asked, "Why can't you?"
"I feel too nauseous...I'm scared I'm going to throw up..." Finch whispered, quietly giving back the cup.
Albert took the cup, "Drink slowly and you'll be fine."
Finch then suddenly wrapped his arms around his stomach, "Albert-"
Albert quickly put the cup down and grabbed Finch a bucket, who then threw up like he knew he would. Albert drew circles on his boyfriends back.
Finch then panicked cried, "I hate this- I hate this- I hate this"
"Heyheyhey- You're OK, Finch..." Albert started to think maybe Finch had a fear of some kind of vomiting, he was all panicky and kept gagging. Albert stood up and help Finch up to take him to the bathrooms. Finch sat down above a toilet bowl and kept throwing up, in-between, he was silently crying, hoping Albert wouldn't notice.

Albert was by the sinks cleaning the bucket, when he was done he we back to his boyfriend, who was sat on the floor, looking awful.
"Feel any better?" Albert kindly asked.
Finch shook his head, "I hate throwing up."
"I figured." Albert sat beside Finch and held his hand.
Finch teared up, "...when I was little, very very little, my mom and dad had a bad day... and I guess I was in the way of things and being annoying... they forced me to eat hot peppers and spicy food until I threw up... they wouldn't give me any water and they'd laugh..."
That was the first time Albert ever heard anything about Finch's past. His heartbroke for little Patrick Cortes. And now he saw the effects Finch bring with him. Albert now regretted all the times he called Finch annoying, as he teared up and got emotional for his boyfriend. "Finch..." He held Finch tightly, burying his face in his hair to hide his tears.
Finch took a shakey breath, "I'm sorry... I don't know why I told you that... im sorry." He said quietly.
"Shhh... dont be sorry, Birdie..." Albert held him tighter, "you're OK... I know its not fun but you're ok."
And Finch did feel OK. He felt safe. And loved. And better. Less nauseous and less nervous. "I don't feel nauseous, can we go back to bed?"
"Yes, of course." Albert held Finch get cleaned up and took him back to bed.

Before laying down, Finch drank his water, all of it no problem. Albert smiled and sat on the bed waiting for him. When Finch drank it all he quickly flopped himself on top of Albert. Albert laughed and wrapped them both up in a blanket. Finch closed his eyes and Albert let him drift off to sleep, which Albert then quickly followed by falling asleep too.
A couple hours later Finch woke up, feeling his boyfriends warmth, and his fever and headache gone. He sat up and realised the others weren't back yet. He got off of Albert and lay beside him. Albert woke up slightly after, "You ok?"
Finch smiled, "Much better."
Albert yawned, "I'm glad." He smiled. Finch gave Albert a kiss, "I love you."
"I love you too Birdie."
