Morris woke up to a drooling and snoring cutie in his arms. He quietly chuckles to himself, "Aw, darling..." his boyfriend may be a little bit of a hot mess but he's his hot mess. Morris glanced at the clock, he had to wake Myron up because he had a plan for both of them that day, but he really didn't want to, Myron was so much easier to handle unconscious but he knew he needed to. Morris traced his finger on the helix of his boyfriends ear and softly whispered, "Myron... Myron, baby, time to wake up..." Myron slowly opened his eyes and groaned, "Don't call me that..." He said while yawning. Morris smiled, he let go of Myron and let him stretch before getting on top of him to give him his morning love, showering him with kisses everywhere, neck, chest, lips, cheeks, forehead, honestly, Morris was planning to kiss all those cute little freckles that were now visible on Myrons face. Myron smiled slightly before whispering, "Ok- Ok, I love you too..." trying to sit up. Morris got off him and let him get up, "Not as much as I do."
They look at eachother for a sec before Morris lifted his hand to Myrons face to lead him into a softer, more romantic kiss.

"We need to start getting ready..." Morris said, getting out of bed.
Myron sighed and flopped back down onto his pillow, but Morris quickly caught him and forced him back up, "Nonono- that means you too."
Myron frowned, "Why, I don't have anywhere to be?"
"You're coming to work with me."
Myron laughed until he realised Morris wasn't joking, "Wait, your serious?"
"Of course."
"Why?"
"Well, you need a job, don't you?"
"Well yeah, but-"
"They've been looking for extra help in the stock room carrying all the papes as we've been slow."
"What makes you think they'll hire me?"
"They'll hire anyone who's able to lift 120 pounds of paper at once."
Morris said while getting changed, he also gave Myron some clothes to change into, but Myron was still not reassured, "What if the Manhattan newsies recognise me?"
"You'll be in the stockroom with me so you'll be fine."
"What about Oscar?"
"I think he's already done enough damage for us and there's not much else he can do."
"He could tell your uncle."
"No, I know Oscar he wouldn't do that to me."
Myron nodded, and looked down at the clothes Morris gave him he sighed and just started getting changed, "Thanks for the clothes."
"No problem darling." Morris smiled and got a hair brush, he quickly brushed his hair before looking at Myron. Who knew exactly where this was going, "No-"
"Myron your hair is so tangled I can't even run my hands through it anymore."
"That thing is demonic." Myron pointed at the hair brush.
"Stop being dramatic." Morris motioned Myron to sit on the floor as Morris sat on the bed to do his hair. Myrons hair was still damp from his shower yesterday so his curls stayed in tacked. Morris tried to be gentle but Myron kept going, "Ow!" dramatically. But Morris just ignored him. Once he was done, Morris turned Myrons head to look at him, Myron frowned as Morris was pretty satisfied by his work. He gave Myron a kiss and got up, "You want breakfast?"
"No thank you." Myron answered.
"OK, sneak out the window, I'll see you at the front door."
Myron nodded, and got out the window and down the fire escape.
Morris went downstairs, told Weisel he was going to meet them at work and joined Myron outside. They left hand in hand to the factory.

There, Morris kissed Myrons hand,
"You look great." They were alone.
Myron laughed, "I feel stupid."
"Well don't, you look so cute as a normal guy instead of a brooklyn gang member." Morris got closer to Myron, wrapping his hands around his waist. "I have no idea why you keep calling me cute, Morris." Myron smiled and wrapped his arms over his shoulders. "Well," Morris started kissing his neck, making Myron laugh, "just look at yourself."
"If this is what a real job feels like, I'm starting to get on board." Myron grinned. Morris gave Myron one last kiss, "Glad to know your taking this seriously... also you remember where the supply closet is?"
Myron laughed and nodded. Morris smiled, "Good."
That's when they heard others arrive so they let go of eachother, they straighten themselves up and Morris takes Myron to Weisel,
"Sir, this is Myron, I know you've been looking for some warehouse workers."
Myron looked at Weisel, praying he doesn't recognise him from the strike. But he didn't, Weisel just lifted an eyebrow, "Where'd you find him Morris?"
Morris looked at Myron and gave him a smirk, "It's a long story." Myron tried his hardest not to blush at his boyfriends stupid face.
Weisel just asked Myron, "Have you ever worked in a stockroom before?"
"No sir."
"Can you lift at least 100?"
"Pounds?"
"Kilograms."
"Easily." Myron smiled smugly.
"Fine, your hired, 5 dollars an hour, get to work."
Myron and Morris looked at eachother and went to the stockroom to get to work.

Myron was actually doing really well, he could carry around four huge stacks at once no problem. Morris didn't do much but just admire him, wishing alittle Myron had on his sleeveless Brooklyn uniform so he could see those muscles at work. After a couple hours, Myron asked Morris "When do we get a smoke break?"
Morris looked at the clock, "Uh, we can go on one now if you'd like."
Myron smiled and nodded, Morris took his hand and took him outside. Morris had a whole pack he hadn't opened yet, but Myron had two left so they just decided to use those. He took out a lighter and lit his own before lighting Myrons for him. They just smoked in silence for a second before Myron said, "I forgot to thank you... for the job, I mean."
Morris looked at him and Myron just said, "Thank you... uh, for everything, not just the job, everything you've done for me, I don't deserve you."
Morris smiled, "It's no problem. Honestly."
Myron just sighed, "I mean, how could I ever repay you."
"You don't, you're mine and that's all I want from you. I'll go to the ends of the earth and back for you... OK?"
Myron just shook his head and took a drag of his cigarette, "But why?"
"Because I love you, my darling. You work here for a while, we earn a bit of money and save up until we can get our own apartment. And our first night living together we'll have some beers and cuddle in our own bed, I'll kiss you a bunch and hold you tightly and that's when I know it would be all worth it, and taking care of you will pay off because I'll have you forever."
Myron just looked at Morris, shocked, teary eyed, realising he found the love he always wanted, he didn't have to worry about being abandoned because Morris truly loved him, he threw his cigarette down and grabbed Morris' face and kissed him deeply and desperately. Morris put out his cigarette and held Myrons hips, making sure to not break contact with his lips.

That night, they left home later then everyone so they could walk together, hand in hand, Myrons head resting on Morris' shoulders.
Unfortunately, they did need a little break from eachother as Myron did have to sneak up the fire escape and meet Morris in his room. When Morris walked through the front door, he noticed a letter addressed to him, with further inspection he noticed it was from Myrons brother Loukas, he didn't expect a response that quickly...
