Backstories Headcannons Part 2

Henry

Henry Butler Junior. Henry was extremely close to his dad, who was also called Henry (Sr), he took inspiration from him and always loved his father's jolly nature and talent in the kitchen. He has an older sister, Eloìsa, and is pretty close to her but doesn't see her much as she had the opportunity to be sent to a boarding school, and even though he's pretty jealous, he's super happy for her. Henry's father died when he was 13, and his mom fell sick not to long after, and she is still very weak, but does her best to support her and her son while working as a tailor. Eloìsa promises Henry that once she finishes school she'll take them out of poverty but Henry promises to also work on getting a job as a chef to help the family. Henry learnt Spanish from his mom, because its her first language, but his dad spoke it just as well and he has memories of him singing in the kitchen Spanish songs.

Sniper

He doesn't have a canon name so I decided on Soren Wah. His dad owns the laundromat and, as I mentioned before, isn't a good father at all. He constantly takes out his anger on Sniper. When he was younger, Sniper would sneak off to Henry Sr's Deli, and hang out with Henry, and after he died, Sniper was the first person Henry cried to as he didn't want to seem weak for his mother and sister. Beside the point, his mom is Chinese-American and his dad is white American, making him Wasain, but he looks the most like his father which he hates. His dad took his mother's last name in hopes of inheriting her families fortune when her father died, however, he didn't leave them a cent, he actually gave it to Sniper, (But Sniper doesn't find out until he's 20). He was close to his maternal grandfather, and not because he was wealthy, but because he was the only person left in the family that loved and took care of him, Sniper was only 8 when he died but took his death pretty hard.

Myron

(No Cannon last names so I made it up) Myron Vlachos. Was born to a Greek American family and has 3 brothers, Loukas, Mihail (older) and Ilias (Irish twin, younger by a couple months). Both his parents died when he was 10, they got TB. The four brothers tried to stick together when living on the streets, but Myron being the little menis that he is, got taken to the refuge and stayed their for an entire year. When he got out, he had a whole new attitude, he was tough and always picked on Ilias, eventually, his brothers had enough and said they wanted nothing to do with him, he was out of control and they were scared his actions could cause them all getting caught and separated. It was a pretty tough break to a 12 year old, but Myron just scoffed and left and never spoke to his brothers again. Though he his extremely rugged, he has a pretty easy charm to him, curly hair and freckles, and was overall a cute kid. Years later, after he became a Brooklyn newsie, he found a new family with his new brother in Brooklyn.
