Trishalini POV

"Kiss me back," he muttered and I could not help but try to push my hand firmly against his chest. My breath was shortening as I had forgotten how to breathe.

"Abhi!" I managed to inhale and the moment I felt his hand gently pulling my face up to his kiss, I felt something twist in my stomach. His thumb feathered against the middle of my neck and for a few moments, I forgot everything.

I felt him parting his lips and sucking mine between them. I could not stop my toes from rolling, which did something to me.

My heartbeats raced intensely and I immediately pushed him away and sat up. My eyes closed, and my hand rested over my chest.

"What happened?" he asked, catching my attention and I immediately looked back at him. His eyes were worried.

"You... scared me," I tried to say, unable to figure out what I felt.

He rolled his eyes and suddenly he pulled me back and I clicked my tongue with frustration.

"Uth jaiye, hume ye baar baar chipakna pasand nahi hai,"

"Get up, I do not like this sticking together frequently," I muttered and sat up again. And, this time I stepped down the bed.

He laid back, glaring at me and I sighed with frustration.

"Mana kardo, hum chipkenge hi nahi,"

"Then say No, and I would not even touch," he said, and I inhaled deeply.

His eyes stared at me and I sat down and muttered.

"Esa thodi keh rahe hai hum,"

"I am not saying like that," my voice came out slow.

He nodded slowly and forwarded his hand to me. I gulped before silently placing my hand in his and suddenly he shifted closer and put his head in my lap.

I widened a little, noticing him closing his eyes and shifting on his chest, with his face sideward and head back up.

He placed my hand on his head, and I could not help but feel my heartbeats slowing down. It was still dim in here.

"What happened?" I asked, slowly caressing his head and he shook his head.

"Nothing," he muttered and I kept moving my fingers in his head. He closed his eyes, and I stayed silent as he went back to dizziness.

But, with each passing moment, I could feel the irritation bubbling in me, of getting late. I hated staying abed after waking up, and he had the habit of sleeping late.

Turning behind, I noticed that it began getting brighter and suddenly I heard the rustling of feathers. My eyes widened with shock as I saw three pigeons flying in.

Not just flying, but one of them sat over the bed's edge and looked at me.

"Hello," I muttered and he shook his head, left, halt, then right and then at Yuvraj. He grunted stepping closer. His friend also sat on the friend, and I wondered if they should be there.

Oh, they must be waiting for him to wake up.

"Abhi," I called him slowly and looked at the Pigeon stepping closer. Suddenly, he jumped over his bicep and I stiffened. He looked at me, shaking his head again and then at him. He grunted and a few more pigeons followed and sat on the bed, stepping closer.

"Abhi," I called him. It was scaring me now. Another one jumped over his shoulder, grunting near his ear. And suddenly I realised that they all must be missing him for two days.
