Iris POV:
The next morning i woke up still in robbys embrace and he was still sleeping and i didn't want to wake him up so i stayed in bed for a bit longer until he started stirring around and eventually woke up but his eyes were still closed and he was still clinged to me.

"Morning to you too sunshine" I giggled at him noticing how he doesn't want to leave my arms or the bed really

"Mm 5 more minutes" He mumbled trying to go back to sleep but i sat up

"We can't stay in bed all day you know" i told him

"Why not" he groaned not wanting to get up

"Because we're going to the beach today" I informed and he started waking up a bit more

"Does that mean I get to see you in a swimsuit?"

"Calm down keene"

"Just asking"

"Very funny" I deadpanned at him before getting up "While the answer is yes i'm going because miguel invited me" and upon hearing this he was even more awake now, not liking the idea i was going to meet him

"Why on earth are you going to meet him there? Don't you remember what he did to you? What he did to me? To your sister?" Robby started bombarding me with questions protesting against this

"I remember what he did robby and this doesn't mean i still don't resent him for it" I said while getting my hygienic items to wash up "But he said he wanted to make amends and he's been my best friend since middle school it's not worth to throw away that long of a friendship over a petty karate feud we're better than that. Besides that's why i told you about it so you could go with me because i knew you'd never let me go alone"

"Yeah hell no i'm not not after that party" and he got up to get ready with me

"See i knew it i know you too well" i shook my head laughing a bit

"Because your incredibly observant"

"And an amazing girlfriend too"

"Can't argue with that"

"Duh cause its true" and he laughed at my antics before getting ready to go

I put on my swimsuit and covered it up with a pair of shorts and a jacket, my hair was tied into a ponytail. I had a pair of sunglasses on my head and I put on a pair of sneakers as well. I didn't put on any makeup since I figured I'd probably swim for a bit. In my bag I had some sunscreen, snacks and water, just basic essentials since we would be in the sun for a while. After i was all packed i waited for robby to finish getting dressed and he came out wearing a pair of shorts a tank top a jacket and some sneakers as well. Seems like we unintentionally matched somehow
