"so, are you and sunghoon fine now? has anything happened after that day?" minju questioned as she grabbed a chip from the bowl situated in the middle of the mini table, turning her head towards the pregnant woman with a questioning look that somehow made hari scared of her answer even though nothing really happened.

when the fight first happened and hari found shelter in her old apartment, she explained everything that was going on to minju, and it took her a lot of self control to not find sunghoon and beat the living daylight out of him for hurting her best friend like that. ever since then, he has been walking on shattered glass around her and even though it's almost been a month, minju still holds some resentment towards him for making hari cry like a fountain and accusing her of deceiving him.

this is also why she sometimes hesitates to tell her any issue with anybody she has, since she can be a little extra sometimes.

"no, not really. he took some days off to spend time with me, and he's been trying to make up for the way he acted." her friend nodded her head satisfied with her answer and pushed the chip inside her mouth, coincidentially eating the last one and only noticing once she reached for another one but her fingers were met with the bottom of the plastic bowl.

"i'll go grab more." she quickly grabbed the empty container and stood from the couch, heading towards the kitchen to escape the uncomfortable situation she was finding herself in by sitting beside her friend's boyfriend and heaving out a sigh of relief once she was alone and away from his touches. for the past thirty minutes or so his hands have been wandering on her body to places not even her husband would touch in public or around other people.

but just when she thought she was finally free, the brunette felt a pair of arms wrapping around her waist and caressing her hips before slightly rubbing himself on her, and this already gave it away that it wasn't her husband who magically came back home earlier than expected. his touch felt different, and he wouldn't act like this when there were guests at their house. she turned around and pushed yejun off her before stepping away from him. "what the fuck yejun?"

"oh come on hari, i know you've had a crush on me since years, and i do too." yejun slowly walked towards her and hari backed out until her back was met with the kitchen counter, his arms pinning her on her spot while leaning dangerously close to her face. "besides, you've gotten way more attractive since you let that guy knock you up." the boy checked her out with a smirk curving his lips, placing his hand over her visible bump before letting it travel further down her body only to be stopped by her palm harshly meeting his face.

the loud sound of a slap echoed through the kitchen as the guy's head snapped towards the right, her arm raised in the air with disbelief written over her face at her own actions before she quickly took the chance to escape his filthy touch the suffocating cologne she used to love.

"i don't know what the fuck is your problem, but you need to get a grip of yourself. i'm happily married and you have a girlfriend." he sighed irritatingly at her irrelevant words, pinching the skin between his eyes while continuing to approach her and all hari could do was step away from him in fear. is this really the guy she grew up with? could he really turn into such a monster out of nowhere?

"come on hari, i know what your husband did to you, i could treat you way better." his fingers wrapped around her wrist tightly and harshly pulled her body close to his, burying his face in the crook of her neck and planting kisses on her skin despite the pregnant girl attempting to push him off with all her strength yet failing miserably. this is so wrong, and the thought of her friend finding the two of them like this was devouring her alive.

"what the actual fuck are you two doing?"
