Y/N's POV

Ugh, vacations ended so quickly. Classes have started again, and my mood was off. As I walked to class, I spotted Jimin. My mood instantly lifted, and I ran to him with a big smile.

"Hey, Jimin!" I called out.

He looked up from his notebook, a small smile playing on his lips. "Hey, Y/N. Ready for another semester?"

I shrugged. "As ready as I'll ever be. How about you?"

Jimin nodded. "Yeah, I guess so."

We walked to class together, chatting about our break and what we were looking forward to this term. Despite the typical first-day jitters, being around Jimin made everything feel a little easier.

In class, I took my seat behind Jimin. He turned around and gave me a teasing grin. "Don't cause too much trouble back there," he joked.

"Me? Trouble? Never," I said, grinning back.

Throughout the lecture, I couldn't resist poking him in the back with my pen. Each time he turned around, he'd give me an exasperated look, but there was always a hint of a smile.

"Y/N, stop it," he whispered, trying to focus on the lecture.

"But I'm bored," I whispered back, making a face.

Jimin rolled his eyes. "Then pay attention."

I stuck my tongue out at him and continued to doodle in my notebook. I knew I was being annoying, but I couldn't help it. There was something fun about teasing Jimin.

After class, as we gathered our things, I caught up to him. "Want to grab some lunch?" I asked.

"Sure," he said, shaking his head with a smile. "Let's go."

"I made a lot of food for you," I said as we walked out of class. "You should come by my dorm later after class, you know?"

Jimin nodded, looking a bit surprised but pleased. "Sure, sounds good."

We grabbed some snacks from the cafeteria, then headed outside to our usual spot under the big oak tree. The cool breeze felt nice, and the rustling leaves provided some background noise.

I unpacked the lunch I'd brought. "Here, try this," I said, shoving a container of kimbap into his hands.

Jimin took a bite, looking surprised. "Not bad," he mumbled, trying not to show he was impressed.

I smirked. "I know, right? I could be a chef."

Jimin continued eating, clearly enjoying the food despite his attempt to play it cool. I watched as he tried everything, from the spicy tteokbokki to the sweet rice cakes.

"You're really milking this, aren't you?" he said between bites.

"Shut up and eat," I shot back, handing him a bottle of water.

He took it, rolling his eyes but smiling a bit. "Yeah, yeah. Thanks."

We chatted about random things, not taking anything too seriously. It was nice to just chill and not think about school for a bit. Jimin seemed more relaxed too, which was good to see.

"So, what did you do during the break?" I asked, taking a bite of my sandwich.

Jimin shrugged. "Not much. Worked on some animations, mostly."

"Animations, huh? I'd love to see them sometime," I said, leaning back against the tree.

Jimin gave me a half-smile. "Maybe. If you're lucky."
