Now that you're the one spending the money, you understand why your mother couldn't buy you the toy you wanted as a child. Instead, she bought essentials like meat and rice.

You now realize that money doesn’t grow on trees. Now that you're earning the money, you worry about every cent. Even after finishing your studies, you're still struggling.

It must have been even harder for them.

I'm pushing 24 and no longer blame my parents for our start. We had tough times, but they made me appreciate all the little things in life.

I know they did their best. They wanted to give us the best life possible. We’ll handle things from here.

Understanding their struggles, let's change the system and, like them, let’s do everything we can to give them a good life.
