Dear self,
REAL TALK: I unfriended and blocked many people here on Facebook during and after the elections. I respect their different principles and standpoints, but some were genuinely toxic, way out of line. It's not worth exerting too much of my energy.
Save yourself from toxic people, and be cautious of some plastic and unreal friends. Some will just use you depending on how they can benefited YOU. Stop being used by people. Learn to find your own peace and respect yourself by regaining your sanity. Distance yourself from those outside your circles and be with your support system.
