Dear self,

Prepare yourself to liberate and give yourself the necessary time to heal. Allow yourself the space and patience to let go of things that may be particularly challenging to release.

The process of healing requires a significant amount of time, and it is important not to feel pressured to speed up the process. Begin by recognizing and accepting your emotions. It is important to fully experience and process all of your feelings. Release the things that you need to release, even if it causes pain. It is essential to let go of them. Ultimately, despite all the challenges and difficulties you may face, everything will turn out fine. You will find the strength to reassure yourself, saying, "I am capable of overcoming this." It is a belief that circumstances will improve over time. At some point in the future, you will reach a state where you no longer feel upset, hurt, or bothered by certain things. Discovering inner peace and relishing in the profound sense of tranquility within oneself can be a truly fulfilling experience.

It is important to always keep in mind that seeking revenge on those who have hurt you will not alleviate your own pain. Instead, it merely allows you to coexist with the pain. Therefore, liberate yourself from any constraints or limitations that may be holding you back. Embrace the opportunity to break free and explore new possibilities for personal growth and fulfillment.
