After dinner and putting Kurai to bed, Kirishima laid awake in bed with Red at his feet.
He wondered if Katsuki was still awake? No, no, he'll be asleep, especially at this time.
But he couldn't help but want to know for sure and couldn't stop himself from reaching over to text Katsuki.

He stared at the message, waiting for it to be marked read. He was surprised when it actually happened.

Bakugou couldn't help but scoff lovingly at the message. It was stupidly cute and he couldn't help but reply. He seen that sparkly heart with some of their other messages along with...other things.

Kirishima awed silently at the text message. The "you" implies he means just him. He knows that Katsuki wants to be with Kurai and Red as well, but it was him that the blond mostly wanted to be with. Maybe.

Kirishima wasn't sure how to respond. He didn't really know why he was still up, he was in the comfort of his own bed again. Was it the scar? Did he just miss sleeping next to Bakugou?

He couldn't really tell Kirishima that he was worried about him. But also because he misses him. He just sleeps better knowing he's there.

Kirishima couldn't help but awe at the message. He peered over his phone and saw Red still at his feet, he took out his camera and snapped a quick photo. Thanks to the lamp being on beside him, there wouldn't be much of a struggle to see him in the photo.
He went back to their text messages and sent the picture.
