"Is something wrong?" Bakugou asked as he crawled in bed, getting under the covers after having changed into something comfortable. Finally being in a comfortable bed.
The redhead stood there for a while, looking at everything besides Bakugou, his face becoming more uncomfortable. But eventually red eyes landed on the blond and he sighed.
"I-," he began. "I didn't ask then, but-" he paused again, thinking about how to word this properly. Kirishima moved to sit down beside Bakugou, on the same side of the bed as the blond.
"What...was it that caused..." Kirishima paused. "You to explode," the redhead made a explosion gesture with his hands. "Use your quirk...?" He asked.
"I-" Bakugou began after a small pause. "I'm not sure..." he mumbled. "I just had this weird dream...or maybe it was a nightmare?" Bakugou questioned, rubbing his forehead in the hopes it'll help him remember.
"Tell me," Kirishima encouraged, placing a hand on Bakugou's.
"I was in like...a bar?" Bakugou started. "And I was surrounded by people but I wasn't able to move," he continued, shuddering at the thought of the restrictions. The blond wrapped his arms around himself as a form of comfort and Kirishima placed on of his hands on top of his.
"I know exactly what you're talking about," the redhead said.
"I've dreamt of this before?" Bakugou asked, tilting his head.
"Yes, but you also lived in it," Kirishima responded. Bakugou tilt his head further, showing his confusion.
"Back in high-school..." The redhead began hesitantly. This seemed to be hard for him to talk about. "You were...kidnapped...by some villains," he managed to get that out. Bakugou straightened his head and gave Kirishima his full attention as he continued to tell this tale. Talking about how Kirishima and some friends went to go save him and succeeded, and other things.
"I can understand why you freaked out, again it's not the first time it happened," the redhead reassured. "It's just the first time there was really no warning," he chuckled and rubbed at the back of his neck.
"There were warnings?" Bakugou asked.
"Well, typically we'd be cautious when it's warmer but I wasn't really concern because we keep the ac on cool," Kirishima began. "That is sort of a warning," he chuckled.
"But normally there's little pops before the big one," he continued. There was a long silence between the two of them before Bakugou spoke up.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked. Kirishima hesitated. That wasn't good.
"I told you, I'm fine," he placed a hand on Bakugou's shoulder. Although the redhead was saying it, the blond wasn't really feeling it. He felt as though something was wrong and Kirishima just isn't telling him. But he also didn't want to push the redhead. Surely if something was wrong Kirishima would tell him. He sighed.
"If you say so," Bakugou placed his hand on top of Kirishima's that was on his shoulder. "You would tell me if something was wrong, right?" He quickly asked. Kirishima hesitated again. That wasn't making him feel better.
"Of course," he said eventually. But the blond wasn't so sure. But instead of pushing further, he decided to just believe Kirishima and get back under the covers, taking off his hearing aids and putting them in their charger. Kirishima moved to his side of the bed and also got under the covers to go to bed.

The next morning Bakugou greeted everyone with a good breakfast, finally, and they relaxed while Kirishima anxiously awaited Midoriya's call. Even though he had his ringtone on, he kept checking his phone for a text or a phone call. He would swiftly check it once he heard a notification sound, only to be disappointed by it being something else. He doesn't want to be too excited but he just couldn't wait to get started. He was so close to having his husband back, he could practically taste it. But then he reminded himself that this wasn't a solid idea. They were just throwing things at the wall still to see if it works.
Bakugou noticed the sudden shift in mood and placed a hand on the redhead's shoulder. Kirishima looked at him and Katsuki gave him a soft smile, the best he could muster. Eijiro scoffed softly and smiled at him in return.
Bakugou's face was telling Kirishima that everything was going to be fine. Thankfully, the redhead understood that. The blond was right. Everything was going to be fine. If this doesn't work then they'll just figure something else out. Eijiro sighed and leaned on Bakugou's shoulder, closing his eyes and getting comfortable.
Kirishima's phone started ringing and Bakugou grabbed it, showing the screen to the both of them. It was Midoriya. Kirishima moved swiftly to grab his phone and frantically answered:
"H-hello?" He stood up and asked on the phone. Midoriya explained over the phone that they got everything ready and asked that they come to Bakugou's parents house. Everyone got into the car and drove over towards Mitsuki and Masaru's home.
He explained that it won't be exact, but it will be close enough and that it should most likely work. Again, they're just throwing things at the wall, so they aren't a hundred percent sure if this was going to work.
Once they arrived, Midoriya and Bakugou's parents were there to greet them.
"I've got everything ready upstairs," Midoriya gestured towards the stairs and the direction of Bakugou's old bedroom.
They all nodded as Mitsuki took Kurai and they went upstairs to the blond's old room. There were some changes but they tried to keep everything that was in there currently as to not cause much trouble for afterwards.
Bakugou sat down on the bed that had a new mattress and sheets. Midoriya and Kirishima stood in front of him. The redhead looked at the greenette with expectancy. Midoriya seemed hesitant, adjusting his grip on the thing in his hands. But eventually he had handed it over to Bakugou. The blond looked at it in confusion.
It was an action figure of some sort. He turned it in his hands and was now able to see the face of the figure.
All Might.
How did he know that name?
He was suddenly struck by several memories, so much his head and eyes started to hurt. He let out a loud pained groan and leaned forward with his head in his hands, dropping the toy which Midoriya scattered to catch desperately.
"Katsuki, are you okay!?" Kirishima asked panicked, putting his hand on Bakugou's shoulder and trying to peer at his face. The blond panted as he removed his face from his hands. All Might. His idol. One for All. All for One.
His end...
"Katsuki...?" Kirishima asked, more gently. The blond turned towards him and put his hand on top of the redhead's. "You okay?" Kirishima asked, some how even softer.
"Yeah," Bakugou panted and nodded. "My head just hurts," he rubbed his forehead.
"Did you remember anything though?" Midoriya asked after he had thoroughly expected the All Might figure for any damage. Bakugou nodded his head. "Then please, do tell," the greenette demanded.
"Midoriya," Kirishima announced with irritation.
"I'm just making sure he's not lying to make you feel better," the greenette responded, rolling his eyes.
"This is serious," the redhead began. "He wouldn't do that," he huffed. "Would you?" He asked facing Bakugou.
"I probably would've," Bakugou confessed.
"Ugh, Katsuki," Eijiro groaned. Midoriya a amused scoffed.
"But I did remember somethings," the blond assured. "That's All Might, my hero," he pointed towards the toy. But then his mood dropped.
"Katsuki?" Kirishima asked, immediately noticing the sudden shift.
"I caused his end..." he mumbled.
"It wasn't your fault," Midoriya responded. "He was doomed to retire soon anyways," the greenette rolled his eyes. "Could barely keep his All Might form," he continued.
"But with you getting all memories about All Might means we're getting somewhere," he said encouragingly. "This could actually work," that brightened up the two's mood.
This is working. He'll remember everything.
