The barracks were abuzz with energy as the newly transferred team of female operatives settled into their new home at the SAS headquarters. Among them was Captain Ella "Blue" Thompson, known for her porcelain skin, striking blue eyes, and golden blonde hair that fell just above her shoulders. At 5'5", she was shorter than most, but her presence commanded attention.

Ella had been a Captain in the Marines, where she had earned her nickname not only for her eye color but also for her icy composure under fire. Now, her first day with Task Force 141 was underway, and she found herself in the company of rookies who couldn't stop cracking jokes. Laughter echoed through the halls as Ella and her team exchanged stories, their camaraderie growing with each passing minute.

They paused near a door labeled *Lt. Simon "Ghost" Riley*, unaware of the reputation that preceded the man within. Ella leaned casually against the door, her back pressed against the solid wood as she threw her head back in laughter at a particularly hilarious joke from one of her teammates.

The door behind her suddenly creaked open, and the room fell into an instant silence, laughter dying on everyone's lips. Ella turned slowly, her amusement quickly giving way to curiosity as she found herself staring into the dark, expressionless eyes of the man known as Ghost. His face was hidden behind the iconic skull-patterned balaclava, but the intensity of his gaze was unmistakable.

For a moment, no one spoke. The hallway, once filled with joy and lighthearted banter, now felt heavy with the weight of Ghost's silent presence. Ella's blue eyes met his, and she could feel the unspoken challenge in the air. She had heard whispers of Ghost-his reputation as a man who walked the line between life and death, who inspired fear and respect in equal measure. But this was her first time seeing him up close, and the reality of the man was far more imposing than any rumor.

Ghost's gaze was unwavering as he observed the newcomers, particularly Captain Thompson, with a mixture of irritation and curiosity. These were the new members? He thought, rolling his eyes internally.

He took a step forward, the sound of his boots against the hardwood floor a sharp counterpoint to the now deathly silent hallway. His towering stature seemed to loom even larger as he loomed over Blue, his eyes cold and calculating.

"You're standing in front of my room," he stated simply, his voice gruff and tinged with annoyance.

Ella! As the hell of a captain she spoke. "So?"

Ghost's eyes narrowed behind the mask, a flicker of irritation visible in his expression. "What do you mean, 'so'?" he retorted, his voice edged with an icy politeness. "You have my door blocked, and you're all too noisy."

"Are we girls?" She laughed.

Ghost gritted his teeth beneath the mask. "Yes, you're damn girls," he replied, his tone becoming more pointed. "Can't you lot find somewhere else to be? This ain't a tea party."

"Meeting in ten. Captain Price has called. See you there. Lieutenant Riley. Follow me girls." She ordered them and all girls followed suit.

Ghost seethed in anger behind his mask, watching as the group of girls filed past, following Ella's orders like sheep in a flock. He could feel the irritation building within him, the sight of the newcomers and their careless nonchalance getting under his skin.

"Bloody hell," he muttered under his breath, his eyes lingering on Ella's figure as she walked away. Against his better judgment, he followed silently behind the group, albeit reluctantly.

As Ghost entered the meeting room. Ella was already there.
"Ghost! This is Captain Ella. Ella this is Ghost." Captain Price introduced.
"Ella is transferred from US Marines. She is joining the Taskforce as my second in command. Ghost! You and Ella will be working together as my second in command." Captain Price explained.
