Roshanay quickly stepped back to the room where she just entered from. And before he could do anything, she closed the door and locked the room.

After she has fainted that day, Moosa didn't keep the door of her room locked but strictly forbade her from stepping out. She had almost died that day since the room where she was kept was out of electricity for about a week. And because of the heat and the utter darkness that consumed the room, day and night, she began to have hallucinations. And that evening, those hallucinations got intense and she felt as if she was seeing things.

Once she got to know that the door of her room was not locked now, she had decided to began her hunt and search for the room where her mother was. She was so desperate to meet her mother. She just wanted a big warm bear hug from her now. Because only her presence could eliminate all her worries. She was just doing now and since it was 2 in the morning, she expected everyone to be asleep but she was surprised to find Moosa standing there.

And given his clothes, it meant he just came back home.

She wondered what could be the reason, because Moosa wasn't fond of coming home later.

Little did she know, she was the reason to which he would come home early.

Her breath got struck in her throat when she felt him turning the lock of the door. It seemed like he had got the key of this room.

Within seconds, the door was unlocked and now he was standing infront of her.

"I'm sorry," she was about to move past him, when he grabbed her arm and made her stand infront of him.

"What were you doing?"

"I am sorry,"

"What were you doing?" he stressed on his words.

"Actually... I... I know.... I shouldn't be here... but I was," she looked around the room. She didn't know whether it was right or wrong to tell him about her intentions.

"You were?"

"I was finding the room of my mother," she answered.

A moment of silence elapsed between them when he held her arm and began to take her somewhere.

"Please! Let me meet my mother, please!" she begged as he dragged her and soon they stood infront of a door, that was guarded.  Moosa left her arm as she fixed her steps.

She passed a knowing look to Moosa and then at the door. She knew it was the room where her mother was. She pounced on the handle of the door but before she could turn the handle, again her arm was grasped.

Tears filled her eyes as she tried to get herself free from him. Crying and begging. "Please let me meet my mother,"

His eyes were stone and he shook his head.

"Please!" she cried out, joining her hands, at the same time trying to free herself from him.

Moosa ordered the guards to step away.

The commotion outside seemed to wake Dilshad up. She got closer to the door. Her heart beating wildly. She felt as if she heard her daughter's voice. Tears brimmed in her eyes. Moments slowed down. She placed her hand on the handle and turned it.

Roshanay's eyes fell on the turning handle and she knew her mother was awake and anytime soon will come out.

"Mother!" Roshanay called her out. Her voice desperate.

Dilshad quickly turned the handle only to find it locked. She began to knock on the door, meanwhile wildly turning the handle, "Roshanay!"

Life escaped Roshanay's legs upon hearing her mother's voice. If it wasn't for Moosa' hold, she would have fallen down.
