Talley was looking over the contract for the fifth time and finally realize he had cut his nose of despite his face when it came to dealing with the draft design realizing that Marleena really knew her job and was serious about the safety. After hearing what happened to the Princess Tower Hotel and having to have a whole new construction company come to the rescue to rebuild the whole building and put in the safety features to protect their clients. Talley now understood what it meant not to cut corners. This maybe expensive only in the long run it will pay for itself to protect the employees and their families.

Talley signed the contract and requested that the construction company that is rebuilding the Princess Tower Hotel would do his building as well for him and install the protective measures for such a storm as what hit their town.

Marleena received the contract from Talley with his signature and his request for the contractor that is rebuilding the Princess tower Hotel. Placing the call to Jubal Corporation, Marleena spoke with Talley "I have the answer to the note you sent back with the contract. The person you need to contact is Kelby Neiah of Neiah Construction company. She is out of Mister Oklahoma, I will ask if she would be available to construct you building, She is related to the Callsburg-Dakster family from there as well."

"Oh yeah I know them they sent me to school and paid for all of mine and mom's needs to help us have a better life. That is fabulous I will call Ethan Callsburg-Dakster myself and his wife I know her dad thanks for that information." Talley was very excited that he now had someone he knew and could trust with his building.

With that new information, Talley begin to look for the Callsburg-Dakster Corporation address and phone number to get to the Neiah Construction Owner's Contact number. After several searches online for the name, he also found the Neiah Construction Company phone number and jotted it down on a scrap paper he had on his desk. After some serious thought he decided to call the number 'I'm sorry the number you dialed is turned off or is out of area for service, please try your call later.'  Throwing his phone onto the chair next to the table it fell to the floor with a thwack. Shaking his head, he knew he broke his only means of communications.

Being out of the office meant that Talley had to be seen in public which he did not like, even if there were a few who recognized him. He entered the cell phone store with his broken phone, looking disgusted with himself for it "do you carry this style of phone?"

The sales lady looked at the phone "No sir, we do not have that style available anymore as it is an obsolete style. Could I interest you in an upgrade for your personal use?"

"Yes, and I would like to have a new number as well for myself, Is there anyway I can keep my old number from this phone as it has my business contacts available in it?" He inquired.

"Sure you may keep your number and we can get you a new number for your personal use as well?" Haley said, showing Talley several different styles of phone that could handle the files and give extra storage as well for his business and for his personal use. After selecting two of the phones both the same style Talley paid the cashier for the monies for the phone as well as the current phone bill and left.

'So what a few hundred dollars for the phone as well as the bill itself' Talley thought to himself 'I deserve it and now I can try again later to call the Neiah Construction Company'. After arriving back to his office sitting at his desk looking at it something was missing. Where is that scrap paper that had the number on it? This means to look up the number again, instead he looked it up on his new phone in the search bar under the internet finding it he called it immediately and received the same answer as before. Hanging up the phone he was able to save the number to dial again when he needed to.

Marleena was looking at some of the pictures on her phone when she saw her sister Maggie's number show up, she let it ring a few time then answered it with an unhurried voice "yes sis what do you need?"

"I really need a vacation and wondering if you can do the rest of this community service for me?" Maggie trying to sound pitiful and dejected.

"You brought this on yourself and no I cannot as I am not the one who caused the accident in the first place. There will be no vacation for you when you get back at all as this is a vacation for you, don't you think so huh! Well as it stands to reason since you have been gone from here things have picked up, I can't possibly help you with anything now. Sorry sis gotta go, love you" Marleena thingking that she didn't mean to be snide in her comment to her sister, but she deserved it for causing the trouble with the Princess Tower Hotel.

The Princess Tower Hotel was finished on the outside and the final touches were being placed on each of the floors for all of the safety measures were in place and the elevator was functioning as it should with all of the boxes in place for the gears to be running at the proper rate to transport to the proper floors from the basement to the eighth floor with each floor having their own mezzanine for hosting parties and conferences for businesses. Kelby was proud of what the team did and asked them if they would like to stay on and be the team up here and help to rebuild the rest of the other businesses and homes from the storm damage as every pitched in to help clean up. A young man named Marcus Mc Nadd agreed to be a foreman if she would teach him how to read the engineering drafts from the design team. Kelby agreed and then called Ethan with the news.
