Kelby had seen the notification for her email and opened it and saw that her dad had scanned the program straight to her email from the scanner in the office. This made it easier to access for the people who were asking for this information. Finding a printer that would correlate with her phone by blue tooth was the next item on her list to be able to download and print off the plans for the construction team here in Cobbles, Ohio. Logging into her cousin's printer by blue tooth she printed off the plan that they used to work with their employees. Reaching for her phone she dialed Marcus McNadd "Hey, I have the plan here and would like to see you if possible at the coffee shop tomorrow by the Sharm's Building. Could you meet me there, I'll go over a few of the things that may work for you to start with, Okay"

Marcus was surprised to here from Kelby so soon after her asking him to be the boss here and start the company off right "Sure I can be there at nine o'clock in the morning there."

"Great I will see you then." with that Kelby hung up the phone and turned to see Ethan looking at her with eyes of longing.

Ethan "you are going to the Sharm coffee shop in the Sharm conglomerate Corporation building. What pray tell are you planning to do, may I ask?"

"Well I'm going to help them set up the same plan that dad and I set up for our construction company."

"Okay, are you needing some help to get it off the ground for them, then?" Ethan quizzically asked.

"Probably so, Why do you want to help then" Kelby retorted in a playful tone of voice.

Marleena was in the office going over some of the files that had stacked up on her desk for the past month as she was busy making arrangements with other contractors for other industries that required her services. Looking up she thought she had seen her sister Maggie going into her office. Getting up from her desk she goes to Maggie's office and sees Maggie there looking rough around the edges. Marleena walks up to her and gives a very open warm "Welcome back, I hope we have learned something from this!"

Maggie looking up and snarling said "You wish I had stayed away and not bothered with the business huh! Don't you, well I am back and I will be taking over my part of the company so don't worry about me."

"Oh! Okay I won't. Just know you need to keep a legal adviser on board with you when you do contracts to make sure they are secured" Marleena advised.

"As for the construction personnel that is here That belongs to my husband Treyce and I want it back now so that they can build what I had out there. Not some so-called wannabes that think they know how to do the work. Do you hear me" Maggie sounding disgusted with what she went through with her husband.

Marleena turned and left with a smug smile and said "Okay, if you say so."

Marleena called Kelby "where are you at? I have to talk to you."

Kelby sounding a little surprised by Marleena's request "uh down at the coffe shop with Marcus why? We are going over the plans for maintaining employees and how to get them trained properly. You are more than welcome to come join us?"

"I'll be there in a few" Marleena hung up and left for the coffee shop to see Kelby and Marcus.

Arriving at the coffee shop Marleena found Marcus and Kelby sitting at a table with Ethan there as well who was explaining what their business does and how they provide for their employees. Marcus was very attentive about whet he would have to do and learn as well to be a better leader for his crew and team as well. Marleena also listened in at the later half of the conversation and asked "What does all of this have to do with construction work isn't all on a volunteer basis like what Treyce had in the past and he did not have to worry about any of his employees?"

Marcus "That is why we are in the mess we are in is because it was what we needed to keep us with steady employment. And he did not pay us minimum wage either and several of the workers were injured on the job due to no safety gear for the job we had to provide for ourselves and pay our own taxes and insurance while he held back for the other taxes he said and always was in cash so we couldn't track it. This isn't right to say the least of it"

"Oh I see now I understand that he evaded taxes and caused a lot of issues with his co-workers. Okay now he wants his company back if you don't mind" Marleena had said.

"He can have his company back. I won't work for him in any form or fashion, I am going to start my own here and now with the workers that want to stay with me and have the benefits of having their equipment supplied and their taxes paid for them with insurance along with training, I can't wait to start." Marcus said with renewed excitement

Ethan responded "We will help you get the equipment you need and give you the training as well on how to run your business. Just operate for a year under the Neiah's construction to learn how to read your plans and put into practice what you learn and teach others to do what you do. Don't forget the Business of Excellence conference is coming up in the next two months here, and you can make contacts as well and get your business off the ground and running."

Marleena was stunned to see the Callsburg-Dakster oil and gas industry giving out help to the new business start up for Marcus, "Why are you willing to do such a thing for him, when you don't even know him at all, Why?"

"This is what my family had done for generations before me and I learned it from them and am passing on this knowledge for others to learn, adapt to their business and share with others." Ethan said proudly.
