When Ethan and Ronnie Neiah founder of Neiah Construction with his nephew Donald Rogenis walked into the hospital they requested the room for Kelby Neiah Callsburg-Dakster. they were taken to her room immediately where they found Marleena sitting by her bedside and they were talking. Kelby saw Ethan walk in first and had a questioning look on his face. When Marleena turned to see Who was walking in she had seen an elderly gentleman guessing that it was Kelby's dad but the other person she knew who he was as she had gone to college with him.

Kelby felt her cheeks turn pink "I have some news to tell both you and dad today"

"what is the news you have to tell?" Ronnie asked Kelby.

Kelby reaching out for Ethan's hand "you are going to be a dad and you dad are going to be a granddad. "

Both Ethan and Ronnie's chin dropped in sheer surprise and shock, Ethan "so that is why you haven't been feeling well for the past two months? wow this is news."

Marleena slipped from the room into the hallway and Donald followed her "where have you been all of this time and don't say your still in school."

"No I have running the Sharm's Conglomerate Enterprise for grandpa, and now I'm having to field off a lawsuit from the patrons of Princess Towers Hotel as my sister designed the hotel and her husband had built the thing without any safety features for the elevator that crashed to the basement." she said looking away from his very piercing blue eyes.

"I would like to have a time to talk to you and help you if I could. I see you have met my cousin Kelby and now her husband with my uncle, just come over and have a dinner with us then we can go out for drinks later. If you want!" Donald had suggested.

During the break in the court hearing The Judge decided that it was the foreman's responsibility to ensure that all of the safety features were place for the elevator and if not having the plans for this elevator is to request the plans for the safety. The Judge asked "defendants please rise, the time has come that the responsibility belongs to the foreman who claims to have opened the plans outdoors when it was windy and not searching for the plan that had safety for the elevator and when being discovered, did not directly enquire if the safety feature could be reprinted and sent to finish the building. So therefore I sentence you to community labor for building playground equipment for the public school district and maintaining it on a daily basis starting on Monday. As for the designer I therefore announce that you will be sentenced to thirty days of also maintaining the community parks and playground equipment no matter the weather starting at eight o'clock Monday morning working till four thirty everyday for the thirty day period and report to the court bailiff your progress at the end of the day until further notie from this court. Court adjourned"

Treyce and Maggie couldn't believe their luck and what they had to do for the next thirty days which kept them apart and working without pay. Treyce 'how will we pay the employees that are working for me during the thirty days that we have to work for community service and not get paid for it, well Marleena won't get off that easy cause it will cost her and I will make sure she pays for it'

After the hearing and final judgement Maggie called Marleena and told her that she has to do community service for the parks and playgrounds for the city and that she had to help her with it and they could not do anything else. when finished that they had to report to the court bailiff at the end of the day .

Marleena went to the court house immediately to check on the ruling of the hearing and what was to be done. Jonathan found her saying "don't worry about it. Your sister has the privilege of doing the work and not her as she was not the one who worked on the designs and that your brother in law is to do community service for the school district working on their play equipment and maintaining it during the school year"

Marleena was not surprised as she had contacted the owner of the Princess Tower Hotel and offered to have the elevator completely rebuilt to the specifications required by state law with just a fraction of the cost to them with her company paying for the ninety percent of the cost.

That evening Ethan, Ronnie were there to pick up Kelby after her discharge on Saturday morning and take her back to Donald's home there in Cobbles. When they arrived they noticed more than usual activity there at his home when they walked in they saw the woman that was at Kelby's bedside that day along with a few other people that Ethan recognized from other businesses that his family had dealing with. He introduced several that he already knew to his father in law Ronnie Neiah and his wife as well.

A household server offered Kelby some wine which she refused and Donald noticed that she wasn't having a drink walked over asking "why are you refusing good wine?"

Kelby smiling brightly "I'm pregnant and you are going to have another little cousin to teach that is if you happen to move to Mister Oklahoma and set your roots down there" laughing at him as he turned all shade of red for mistaking it as a rejection

Ethan returning to Kelby's side and looking at Donald shaking his head "hey man I have to hand it to you now, I can't believe that Kelby is having a baby. When did you find this out?"

"I found out when I was at the hospital yesterday and all of the test results are out and oh here's a picture of the sonogram. It's twins," Kelby said as she showed the paper that had the picture of the babies on it. Ethan was stunned when he saw two little bodies. Her dad smiled thinking 'two for the price of one, I wish I could tell her she had a twin sister that died at birth just before she was born' everyone in the room stopped to hear the news and set down their wine glasses and aske the server to bring out a bottle of apple juice or orange juice to toast the new mom with.
