Jonathan started looking through the court deed documents and found the designated land coordinates for the building in question for Marleena and saw the name of Toliver Jermaine Sharmer and Jenny Darlene Classen Spouse, noted on the deed. Looking for the purchase of the property noted it said eighteen sixty June fifth, after printing the copy of the deed with the names on it, Jonathan picked up his cell phone "Marleena I have a copy of the deed of the property and will give you a copy of what I have found and the building does not have a lien on it as for a mortgage of any kind. I think that person doesn't want to live a good life and just wants to cause you trouble."

"I believe so as well and thank you for the trouble to find all of that and for giving us a piece of mind as well." Marleena graciously spoke.

"There is something else I found out as well. The town Cobble was built on Sharmer land during the eighteen nineties by the Sharmer's Family all due to the cobble stones they had found in a creek bed and used them to pave the streets of the town with them." Jonathan spoke enthusiastically sause he liked history.

"Wow that is a history and grandpa never told us any of it, when I go home I'll have to ask him about it and hear what he says!" Marleena feeling proud of her heritage. As she hung up her phone rang and answering it "Hello"

"Miss Marleena Sharmer, we had identified the prints as those belonging to your brother-in-law Trecye and found a bottle of propane near the start of where the fire ignited causing the house to catch on fire and burn" the fire marshall said.

"Thank you and please have him arrested and charges filed for arson along with aggravated assault for my sister, I believe he thought she was staying at my place is why he may have did that and wanted to scare her into moving back with him. Which she does not want to at this time." Marleena replied.

The fire marshall understanding this "we will have the officer to do that for you and please contact your attorney to have those charges placed, we will had these reports over to the court to be filed as well. You have a good day ma'me"

Marleena couldn't believe her luck as she had heard the news and decided to take the rest of the day off and look for her a place to stay that would be reasonable and possibly allow for pets as well. Marleena called a real estate nearest to her work place to request a three bedroom house to purchase with a small yard that was fenced in and had trees that were safe to have children be around. They asked her to come over and look at the homes they had available and discuss price range as well.

Marleena decided to walk the two blocks to the realtors office and look at the addresses of the homes available and see the amenities that were available in the area and around the neighborhood as well. Seeing the one that she thought her sister would like she decided to start the paperwork to purchase the lot and house together. Marleena called Maggie to come see the house and view the property and give her ideas on what she would want to see in the home as well.

Maggie was excited and drove to the address that Marleena had texted her, looking at the address she realized it was the house she had always wanted to buy and Trecye would not let her have it telling her it was to big for her and him leaving no room for anything that she wanted. Parking her car in the driveway and looking up at the top of the garage seeing it was tall and could let a truck pull in beside her car was a new sight for her to behold.

Marleena came around from the back yard and pulled Maggie to the yard behind the house, showing her where she would put a swing set for the kids to play on along with a gazebo and fire pit grill for their cook outs. Maggie looked at Marleena "What! You bought this place. You knew I wanted to have this house to live in. Why did you get it?"

Marleena handed her the key to the front door " Welcome home sis, this is your house and baby's

house. It is paid for in full and you will be the first to see the inside as well, so go in already will you.I want to see what it looks like and what kind of furniture you want in there."

Being surprised by her sister was a big thing to her especially now that she was at home doing the work and not having to go into the office on a daily basis was a big help to her. "Okay let's do this thing" Maggie said. As she put the key into the door and opened the lock pushing the door open to a large entryway that had a coat closet behind the front door, and tile that was throughout the whole house that was matching, a large family room with fireplace that went to the dining room as well. Maggie was in awe of the french doors that lead to the back yard having a patio that was covered, trees in the yard that was a plus as she remembered that she and Marleena had climbed them when they were little. Turning to her sister Maggie letting tears stream down her face and a slight smile curl on her mouth "I love it. Let's go see the bedrooms."

Walking down the hall to the bedrooms Marleena opened one of the doors, seeing hookup for a washer and dryer along with a shelf for the laundry soap and dryer sheets with space to place towels and other items that were for the laundry. Maggie laughing "well I guess you'll be doing the laundry"

as they continued to venture the other doors opened to a master bedroom that was spacious enough to be two rooms in one and the other had a bathroom that was shared with the other bedroom as well. At the end of the hall way they found a room that was like a study that had been turned into a storage room for supplies and other items. Going back towards the kitchen that was a massive area with double ovens and island cook stove with storage under it made Maggie feel special cause she like to cook and bake.

After seeing the whole house in its entirety Maggie let out a squeal "I LOVE IT."

Marleena handed Maggie the property deed and bill of sale for her to put away for safe keeping.

With the house bought for Maggie and the baby, Marleena went to the house she had purchased for herself and started moving in that evening. Setting up each room as she would like to have arranged. Turning one room into her office and study and the rest into guest rooms. She only lived four houses down the street from Maggie and it would be nice for her to be able to have her niece of nephew come see her and visit.
