I expected that we'll be taken in a court room, but the soldiers took us to another room.
Near the window, I saw the Queen, looking outside at the queendom. The Queen gestured the soldiers, and they left. Even Nishant had to leave.
After they left, she turned towards us. Her look itself was gave me chills running down my spine. At that moment, I understood that she is the same Queen who was present in the painting at the weird place...
She turned towards us. Sharp eyes, poker face. She was majestic, dignified, imposing a perfect King. Her dress as was glorious as her traits. A golden crown, decorated with diamonds and precious gems. The vibrant royal robe, which were made of the best material of cloth one could ever make. A shimmering pearl necklace around her neck. She was gorgeous, elegant, but her beautiful sapphire eyes had the power to terrify the strongest. She had the imperial aura. She was the one, it was her painting, because of which I time travelled.
But, in the painting of the Queen, the Queen had worn a black lehenga, which in itself was unusual. Here she has worn a beautiful golden lehenga. Is there a story behind this? Or is this story going to take place after the current time? I kept thinking, looking at her, freezed, frightened by her eyes, frightened, wondering that I was a prime suspect for a murder of the highest dignified person of the Queendom. Frightened, for I was in front of a her, in reality, instead of just a mere painting.
Sahil bend down as a sign of respect. I was so freezed looking at her that I didn't even realize that I had to do that.
Sahil caught my head and made me do it. My eyeballs were vibrating. I felt like I'll collapse at any moment. I wonder how Sahil was still in his senses.
She gestured us to stand. We stood up. The first thing she asked was,
"The letter?"The blankness of my mind turned into a list of unanswerable questions. I realized that I had not brought the letter which we had recieved. How could I do this?
Just then,
"Please accept this, Your highness."Sahil handed over the letter to the Queen. I was relieved. She said,
"Explain in detail what is proposed in the letter."Sahil then told everything that was written in the letter, except the fact that the third stranger knew the way out of the teleport. She was listening calmly. I was scared that this calmness could indicate a storm. I was alert. Sahil finished speaking. She then asked me,
"You are the two strangers who had entered in my Queendom before the king died, right?"Chills ran down my spine, once again. For some reason, I didn't know what to say. Sahil wished to answer but the question was asked to me. She knew that I was nervous and that is why she asked me to answer.
Sahil sensed something approaching towards me. I felt something was there near my back. When I turned to look back, I saw Sahil holding an arrow. That arrow would have killed me if he wouldn't have caught it at the right time. But how did he catch an arrow that was speedily approaching me!
Literally the speed of an arrow is 150m per minute. And he caught it! That too form behind me! I could barely believe his power!गति!
(Speed)गति!
गति!
गति!
These words rang in my head like a Sanskrit chant.Another arrow was aimed at Sahil. But he caught that too. I then realized that the arrows were coming from the door. But I couldn't identify exactly where the shooter was. The shooter had worn clothes that camouflaged with the background.
Sahil took both the arrows, pointed them at the shooter, and said,
"You are crossing your limits!"I felt a wind past me. I closed my eyes. When I opened them, I saw Sahil holding the shooter's neck with his left hand and both the arrows pointed at his neck with the right hand. His eyes were filled with rage, almost red.
His eyes looked more scary than the Queen's look. He kicked him and he fell over the ground. Sahil kept his right foot on his chest. He questioned the shooter, in a calm tone,
"Are you interested in dying?"
Words of storm. The shooter was now shivering with fear. The Queen was watching quietly before, but now she spoke up,
"He has taken orders from me. I wanted to test you both. You can leave him."Sahil replied,
"A test in which either we both would've died, or this shooter of yours..."He punched the shooter on his face and then got up. He had a mask on his face. But it was clear that the shooter's nose was bleeding for some time.
Hearing about a test, I asked,
"Umm... Did we-... pass... in the test?"She replied,
"Yes, you passed. But that makes you more suspicious. Last people to enter the kingdom, and these fighting tactics... So, as you were the prime suspect, and you also passed this test, I'm pleased to give you a death sentence for the same. Soldiers, Arrest them!"•••••
'The superfast Sahil' ahh moment~
We're arrested?!!
God save Suzanne and Sahil~
