A person can never be recognised until their past, their present and their emotions are recognised.

"Fight until ____ enters the war."

The clothes were tore off, and the real outfit was seen. The silver armour, that had a unique dark glow and the sword that reflected the sunlight. The sun was right behind the head from my point of view. My eyes widened for a moment, and then sharpened.
"For some reason, I don't want to see you in these black clothing. Even in the painting. Unless the painting isn't coloured, my world would also never be vibrant. So, I've to stop you from doing this,
MRS. ATHANGINI!"

"..."

The previous day:
"He fights for his rights. But doesn't understand that he is young to be a king. Not by body, but by mind."

"I don't mind working on my own, your highness. But, in such situations, orders should only be given by the King or the Queen."

"For that, I'll give you orders now itself.
"Fight until the Queen enters the war!"

The Army commander was dumbstruck, and he felt uneasiness wavering in him.
"But your highness, that's-... that's against the rules! A women shouldn't enter a warfield until all men die! You're making us shameful. You will be against your own son!"

"He won't be keeping rules here.
In the war between the strongest, rules are often broken.
Also, a women fighting isn't supposed to be a shame for men!
REMEMBER THAT!"

She left the Army Commander freezed with the terrifying look in her eyes. He got the flashback. The flashback that send chills down to his spine. The silent court, and that voice reverberating...

Today:
Her eyes were sharp, but there was another expression on her face which I couldn't read. Was it exhaustion, anger, understanding, or... regret? My mind failed decrypt the expression. She said,
"I didn't quite understand what you said-..."

Within a blink of an eye, she swiftly slid her sword. I couldn't even see what happened until, she had already marked a red cut at my left thigh. I fell on my right knee. My cut at the upper right arm had reopened. I was breathing heavily. What was that? Which nerve did she hit? I couldn't move for five seconds, comprehending what just happened. Bright red blood flowed down my left thigh as I stared at it.
She was just too fast as a warrior.

At that moment, it clicked my mind. Holding on to my wounds, I lifted my head up and asked her,
"You were pushed down the well by your son right? How did you escape?"

The shocked elder Prince retorted, almost screaming,
"Hey! How do you, a worthless commoner know about this incident? It was strictly confidential!"

I realized my mistake. There was no way in hell I could say that I got Shraradhini's personal diary from a parrot. I had no words, and these slipped off words couldn't come back to me.

The Queen was calm, knowing that I had my sources, and didn't wish to interfere in it.
"Well, I'm the Queen. And after all of this crowning ceremony, my elder son's this action was very predictable. He knew that he can't kill me like that. I felt betrayed by what he did, or that's what my expression said. And so, even after pushing me down, he started a war.
I didn't come back to make him feel that he was winning."

She took a pause, and then answered my question,
He, the noble one, said that,
'For the Queen, I would carry the whole world on my bare hands. I'll protect her until my last drop of blood dries out.'
Even when my clothes were drenched. You might have met him at least once, right?"

I realized, the one who could put his life on line and protect each person of this Queendom, even when the Prince went against it, was none other than the son of the Army Commander. His words hit me hard even when he saved me, and even when the Queen repeated his words.
I asked,
"How did he know?"

"Because he recognizes me well."

"Recognizes you..."
I repeated her statement, my lips curve to form a little smile.

The other side:
A knife near the neck, a sphere pointing at the heart, an arrow pointing at the forehead and both hands and legs caught.
"Aww, what a pleasant surprise! I love this situation now!"

"You're come all alone? So you're just an overconfident brat that we'll knock down in a few seconds"

He smirked,
"Let's see."

The war:
No one recognizes me here. My origin in this timeline is unknown. I have no one here. Not even Sahil knows me well. No one who knows my past, my family. Everyone is unknown here.

But still, I don't want to see this place burning down to ashes and the people turning into lifeless dolls with blood flowing out of them.

There might be someone who has my blood flowing in their veins. Someone from my ancestors. They won't know me, but yet, I'm determined to stop this incident. The worst form of crime, one of the most impossible kind of a crime. As a living being, I can't see a mother killing her own son. Now I realized, why the painting of the Queen was coloured in shades of black. She has a valid reason, but I just can't let this slide. Not at any cost.

"This event is going to be engraved in history in the darkest letters popping from hell. A mother, who killed her son, just to gain power in the kingdom. The Queen who changed the description of a mother. One of the worst crimes of the Kaliyug!"

"Stop this already!!"

She lifted her sword again and slashed through my stomach.
"AHHH!"

I coughed out blood. I looked at my hand shaded red in my own blood. I realized that she was wounding me, but they weren't enough to kill me. But if this goes on, all the wounds together would lead to blood loss and I could die. She didn't want to kill me, but torture me. I decided to tell her the truth.

I spoke up,
"History will remember this, and your picture will be painted in shades of black. You will be the one to destroy the future generations by sowing the seeds of evil thoughts in their minds. They will stop believing in their own parents. So please, stop it!!"

She held her sword tight lifted it again, but it trembled a bit that only I could notice. I picked up a sword of a soldier and stopped her sword. I gripped it tight with both of my hands, my teeth gritting.

"Enough! I won't let you attack me anymore."

The pressure between the two swords increased to the level where a spark ignited between the swords.
I thought,
"Sahil, I think this is just a double suicide..."

Till then, an arrow pierced from between the spark and left a semicircular cut on both the swords. Both swords, if kept on the same angle would have formed a perfect circle.
