Jay chapter baby. Hehe. Anyway, I know this one seems more like a Kai and Jay adventure ft Lloyd being a little shit. But next part I'll focus more on Jay. Normally the first parts are to introduce plots and get myself ready to go insane on the second parts.

The team looked out into Jamanakai village. Kai pets Lloyd's head. 

“So you're sure that we can rebuild the Monastery?” Kai asks Cole who nods. 

“When we rescue Wu, we're gonna need it.” 

“We also need to be more stable for Wu to be able to recover from his ordeal.” Zane adds and they all head into town. Lloyd glances around and sees some villagers watching him and puts his green hood over his head. 

“Alright, Kai, you're with Jay on finding out how to get a good amount of bricks.” Jay slumped. 

“But I know how to model build.” 

“That isn't the same as constructing a full building.” Zane bluntly states and Jay huffs. 

“Well, we could make bricks.” Kai says and Jay nods. 

“You'll need a lot of clay.” Zane again points out and Cole looks around, and starts heading to some shops for plaster.  

“Zane, do you think you can get the wood for this?” Zane smiles. 

“That I can do.” He rushes off, and out of the village. 

“Can't Cole just summon wood?” Lloyd asks and follows Jay and Kai around the village. 

“Do you think that we will finally install a wing where it's just electronics and gadgets?” Kai smiles at Jay. 

“Can you make a flamethrower?” Jay nods. 

“It's just gasoline in a tube, and levers, though, I would need a two barrel rifle for it to be really one, plus to build, it would take me a day I guess, but I did once make a car shoot flames so-” Kai blinks. 

“Jay.” 

“What?” 

“That sounds awesome, but I was curious if you by chance make my mech do that?” Jay smiles. 

“I was already working on getting mine to shoot lightning.” Lloyd looks at the two teens and pokes Jay, causing the guy to jump. 

“Can you make me a mech, nerd?” Jay looks a little down at him. 

“I could, but I think that's a bad idea, has anyone given you driving lessons yet?” Lloyd looks right at him. 

“Have you gotten driving lessons?” Kai laughs as Jay stares at the kid. Jay turns to Kai. 

“I fly in the air, I wanna see you try that, Kai!” Kai wipes a tear from his eye. 

“I think Cole is the only one of us that has a driving permit.” He smiles widely and Lloyd begins eyeing Jay. 

“I'm not building you one.” 

“Come on, I wanna race Kai.” Jay glances at Kai. 

“I guess I could ask Nya.” Lloyd smirks and Jay immediately speaks. 

“We need to make bricks, so let's go to the river to get clay.” Jay begins walking and Lloyd gleams as he and Kai follow. 

“Jesus.” Jay murmurs and goes down the mountain with the two, and finally spots a river running runoff from the mountain. 

“Jay, how do you know this?” Kai asks and shudders as Jay sticks his hands into the frigid water. 

“My uncle taught me, he is retired though, but when times are hard, you learn how to do certain things to get money.” Lloyd walks over to Jay and sticks his hand into the water. 

“That's cold!” Jay laughs. 

“Yeah, but clay is near the flood plains, so you can look around where the water isn't.” Kai tilts his head and gets down. 

“It's light in color.” 

“Light in color?” Kai looks at Jay rolling up his sleeves. 

“I think gray.” Jay says and keeps digging his hands into the water. 

“You think?” Lloyd looks at some gray material. 

“Uh yeah.” Jay scoops some sediment out of the river. Kai shakes his head. 

“I know a place where we can just buy bricks, my old town sold them to me once.” Jay looks at Kai. 

“Aww, but this is fun… .who knows, we might find gold or old jewelry.” Lloyd perks up. 

“Jay, seriously?” 

“Alright fine, do it the easy way.” Kai shakes his head. 

“It's not the easy way, I honestly hate water, and this isn't helping.” Jay slumps. 

“You know we probably should fix that at some point. Your sister has water powers and I kinda feel like she would hate it if she couldn't have her brother see them.” Kai turns from him and starts walking towards the forest. 

“Ok, Jay I get it, now back off about it!” Jay stops for a second as does Lloyd. 

“Let's just get to Igacia, and then I guess find some money from the shop.” Jay nods. 

“Can I have more knives?” Lloyd grins and Kai and Jay both turn to the blonde and shake their heads.
