(The party)

Everything is all set for the party, even so far Patty is acting like she has some sense, when Robert and Exstevan arrived she had her eyes on him, Sean told her there together and gay, she said she's just looking gay dudes like a little pussy once in a while. I told her to leave them alone and any of our other guest, she walked over to the bar. Am I going to regret inviting her, we walked around and talked to some of our other guest, Sean introduced me to Jackson and Ray, they seemed like they were more than just friends.

Sean told me that Jackson wasn't the relationship type, the way he was all over Ray says something different, I heard Patty's mouth saying bitch what are you doing here, I looked at who she's talking about its Jake and some dude, Sean said he didn't know his friend Brooks was coming for sure, I told him he's with my ex, he said so that's Jake I've done better with Dontae and now him, I kissed him.

We walked over and Sean introduced me to Brooks, I said hello to Jake, they talked for a while and I excused myself, Jake walked over and said wow nice place, I've done well at one time this would've been our house, do I miss him, I said please that boat has sailed and walked away from his tired ass.

 Bae came where I was standing and said his friend Brooks just met Jake last week, when they pulled up here Jake told him we dated and he had to dump me for cheating, I said that lying son of a bitch, Sean said he got Brooks straight on Jake. I said I'm not going to let him ruin our party.

Someone tapped me on the shoulder if it's Jake, I'll punch him in the mouth and put his ass out, I turned around and it's Jermarcus, I hugged him and introduced him to Sean, they shook hands, man I wasn't sure you'd come, he said he wasn't either, but his plans changed and here he is. Robert and Exstevan came over and he said he didn't know we knew each other, I told him yes, from high school Jermarcus moved away before graduation.

Exstevan said it's a small world me knowing his cousin, and him dating my cousin, we all talked, and Jake kept looking over at us, such a tired bitch, after I said that Sean said he doesn't have to ask whom I'm talking about remember don't let him ruin our party, I told him he's right and I have him now.

At first it didn't bother me Jake being here, but for him to lie on me, that pissed me off, bae said if Jake gets out of hand, we'll both put his ass out. Kim walked up and said Patty's been snooping around our room, she found Seans meds, she didn't tell her she already knows about Sean, and it wasn't her place to say anything.

I told her I'll deal with Patty; Jake might not be the only one that gets put out of here tonight if she makes a big deal about Sean. Sean said he's going upstairs to get something, Kim told me as long as I know about Sean is all that matters fuck Patty, I saw Jake standing behind Kim, he asked what's the secret about Sean. I told him none of his damn business and stay out of it, or he can leave now, he said how rude and walked away.

I saw Patty pull Jake to the side, if I know her, she's telling Jake about Sean, bae came downstairs and they looked at him, so she did tell Jake. I walked over to them and told Patty she had no business going in my bedroom, and as for Jake, I want him to leave, he said so I was pissed at him for what I thought he had, and Sean has it.

I told him to get the fuck out right now before I put his ass out, he said fine and I'm a hypocrite, Brooks told him he heard what he said, and he can leave without him, Jake said fuck all of us, and he was with Brooks just to fuck him. Brooks told him for the short time he' been with Jake he's been doing the fucking, and he has no walls, again Jake said fuck him and left.

 Patty pulled me to the side and said sure she was wrong about going through Seans things but am I sure I know what I'm doing dealing with something like that, I know how I was after losing Dontae. Sean could die anytime, I told her to shut her damn mouth and educate herself on persons being undetectable, and she might want to get tested her damn self, she's told me she had a few pregnancy scares which means she wasn't protecting herself. Patty said OKAY! I didn't have to go there, and she just cares about me.

I told her than support me and not start shit like what she did with Jake, she said she's sorry she'll leave, I told her I am pissed at her, but I don't want her to leave, but don't make me regret it, she said she won't do anything else she promises, she walked away.

 Sean got everyone's attention, he called me over to where he's standing, I walked over to him, he kissed me and held my hand.

I want to thank all of you for coming here to meet my man, and for me to meet Sasha's friends too, but tonight is more than a meet and greet, it's something very special to me, to my friends I've never shared this the only ones who knows what I'm about to say is my cousin Robert and his man Exstevan. I love all of you and to tell you that I'm HIV positive I'm undetectable, I don't want any of you to feel sorry for me, or pity me just support me, can you do that, some said yes, and others were crying. I've dealt with it, and they'll have to if they really support me.

 And this is a special night, I took the ring out of my pocket, I got down on one knee, Sasha Kincaid will you marry me, he said yes, I stood up and put the ring on his finger I kissed him, everyone started clapping. Robert hugged us and said it's about time, and he has some news too, he's decided to move in with Exstevan, I told him good they need each other.

 Listen everyone, Sean beat me to the proposal, I took out the ring, I wanted to ask him to marry me tonight, bae said yes, and I put the ring on his finger again everyone clapped for us, Patty said be happy, she made a toast to us, and said love is love no matter what the circumstances maybe.

 I said OKAY! let's party DJ play that music, he did, and we danced, Sean said he has to ask gran for my hand in marriage, I told him I have to ask his parents too. Sean told me his mom has been waiting for that since he moved in with me, I told him we'll do it tomorrow.

 What was meant for bad turned out to be for good, and we're engaged.
