CHAPTER THIRTY [Unedited]

"Between 1PM to 1:30PM, the accused is still inside on his house. He never left and went off from his house."

Attorney Xian Lamont Bautista said, my fiancee, my XL man while standing proudly and sexy at the middle of the court.

This is the final hearing of the case why he had been busy for the past three months. It's also the reason why he came home late these past few days.

Seeing him relax and chill makes me fall for him more. This also my first time defending some one who was innocent at the very beginning. He got accused to the sin he'd never did, murder. An intentional homicide.

He then play the video that prove his words at the monitor earning a shock from anybody who's here, especially to the family of the victim. The video was sent anonymously to XL and my man tried to find that person but he couldn't. Hindi iyun galing sa CCTV footage dahil walang camera sa bahay ng naakusahan at isa yung video camera, sa drone.

Natagpuang wala ng buhay ang isang babae sa luob ng kaniyang bahay, at bandang ala-una kinse naman ng hapon natagpuan ang malamig na bangkay ng biktima. Ayon sa imbestigasiyon ng police, bago pa lang at hindi pa naglilimang minuto bago nangyari ang krimen. The victim was lost her life because of multiple stabbed and the accused fingerprints was detected with the knife that had used.

Ang sabi ni XL, na sabi rin sa kaniya ni Mario, ang taong naakusahan, ay napasilip siya sa bahay ng biktima dahil nakarinig siya ng parang sigaw ng isang babae at humihingi ng tulong. Subalit, pinagkibit balikat niya dahil akala niya prank lang iyun. Pero sa ikalawang pagkakataon, narinig niya ulit ang parang humihingi ng tulong ng babae kaya napagdesisyunan na ni Mario na silipin sa kanilang bahay ang babae.

At dahil magkapitbahay lang, agad niyang narating ang kusinang parte at duon niya nakita ang bakas ng patak ng dugo hanggang sa makita niya ang nag-aagaw buhay na babae.

The girl tried to tell the killer's name but due to lost so much blood, the victim immediately died. Napagalaman rin sa otopsiya na ginahasa muna ang babae bago pinatay. Kaya ang kaso sa kliyente ay raped with homicide.

"He only went to victim's house 10 minutes later, right after the incident."  Pagkatapos ng video, pinakita naman ni XL ang picture ng kutsilyong ginamit sa pananaksak at ang parte kung saan sinaksak ang biktima.

"As you all can see," man breath and he roam his eyes untill he found me. Nasa pinakahulihan at pinakadulo kasi ako nakaupo pero hindi ko alam kung anong klaseng mata ang mayruon siya at nahanap ako.

Then wink upon meeting my eyes and continue to spoke despite the playfulness he have shown. May nagsilingunan kasi sa direksyon ko at tiningnan ako.

My God, he really loves attention. Does he?

"It was the left part of her chest was stabbed so we all assumed that the suspect is right handed."

"Objection your honor, it's just his assumption!" Said by the prosecutor and her face told me she wouldn't just back down, although, I can sense the slight trembling of her voice.

"Your honor, I have evidence that can prove my assumption." Kalmado at wala man lang bakas na takot o pangamba ang mukha ng fiance ko or soon to be my husband.

I smiled with the thought, next week is the day. Where I will be officially Mrs. Bautista.

Bumaling muna ang judge sa babaeng prosecutor saka tumingin kay XL ulit. "Overruled."

Sumilip ang maliit na ngisi sa labi ni XL saka pumunta sa gilid para kuhain ang isang malinis na bond paper at ballpen, "May I ask the accused to write his name in the paper?"
