Call to the Wild

{Bonus #3}

Storm was watching the moonpool. The moonpool was a silvery pool in the Shimmering Spirits's territory. the moonpool turned bright blue when a new cat joined, but stayed silver when no one else joined. The pool suddenly turned bright blue. "A new cat!" Storm gasped. Just then, Blaze appeared, laying down next to the pool with his eyes closed. It was the same pose every new cat had. Blaze slowly opened his eyes, "Storm?"

"Yup, it's me." Storm joked. "Am I..dead?" Blaze asked, confusion in his eyes. "Yes you are." Storm checked. Blaze suddenly jumped to his paws, worry now in his eyes, "But Rosemary.." He breathed. "Rosemary will be fine." Storm meowed. "I miss her, too, but I want to show you around." Storm meowed. 

"Alright." Blaze meowed. "The only cats here are me, Stream, and also Shadow and Maple who are Rosemary's parents." Storm informed. Blaze then smiled at that. Blaze met Shadow, Maple, and then Stream before hunting with Storm. "It's great that prey lasts forever!" Storm meowed cheerfully. They quickly caught a vole each and then ate. Blaze then took a nap while Storm tried going into Rosemary's dream. 

In Rosemary's dream, she was having a nightmare about Blaze's death, but it faded and then turned into a white background. "Storm!" Rosemary called, her eyes wide with surprise. Storm ran into her paws, purring with happiness. Rosemary smiled and licked his cheek and then asked, "Is Blaze there?" Storm nodded, "Blaze is with me, and he's happy, so don't worry." He meowed, trying to comfort her. Rosemary smiled, "Thank you." And the dream vanished.

Things to know:

- Even though Storm doesn't exactly act loving to his mother a lot, he loves her very much. 

- Storm got into Rosemary's dream really focusing on her and closing his eyes, and whispering her name over and over, but I skipped that part.

- If you haven't guessed, prey and water lasts forever in the Shimmering Spirits.
