Y/N's POV

Over a week has passed since the whole 'being watched' incident. I was no longer stressing out over it. I was starting to think that it was a one time situation. But, even though I had calmed down, that didn't mean everyone else had. Clockwork kept on looking over her shoulders every single time we were outside of the apartment.

I should have known that the peace wouldn't last long. It was Tuesday in the middle of April. I had just picked up my paycheck from work and Clockwork and I were walking from the cafe to the store to get some groceries. Then, I suddenly got that feeling of being watched again. I looked over at Clockwork and saw her already looking around.

All of the sudden, she froze, I saw her looking at one spot in particular. I looked at where she was looking but I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. She started to run towards that spot. Once Clockwork started to run towards that spot, I saw a woman fleeing the scene. She had brown hair and was mainly dressed in black. I saw her wearing some sort of black hat or cap on her head along with a black and red mask covering the lower half of her face.

I watched as Clockwork chased her. I ran after them wanting to help. I couldn't use my powers because the sun was still out and there were cars driving past us. I tried my best to keep up without using my super speed.

Whoever was watching us ended up evading us. I stood there, hunched over with my hands on my knees, trying to catch my breath. Clockwork was also breathing heavily after the chase. I looked over at Clockwork and panted out, "Who was that?"

"I'm not entirely sure, but I have an idea of who it could've been." she replied. We made our way towards our original path towards the store.

"Who do you think it is?" I questioned.

"I'm not sure if I'm allowed to tell you. To tell you who it is, I would need to tell you about one of Slenderman's biggest enemies, and I'm not sure if he wants you to know quite yet." she replied.

I sighed. I was a bit upset. I understood why she was hesitant to tell me, but I really wanted to know who was watching me. It would be better for me to know who it was. That way, I would know what kind of danger I could be in.

I decided to keep my thoughts to myself as we got the groceries. We never spoke a word about the incident for the rest of the day. Night came, and right on time, I heard the familiar sound of the window opening.

The door opened revealing Puppeteer. Before he walked in, Clockwork walked up to him and whispered something into his ear. I saw his eyes widen slightly before giving her a quick nod.

Clockwork left and Puppeteer came into my room. He saw me on my bed doing something on my phone. He sat down next to me on the bed and started talking. "So, you were followed today, huh..."

"Yes, and I'm worried. I have no idea who it is and I have no idea of what they could be capable of." I replied.

He paused briefly to think of what to say. "You'll probably have a conversation with Slenderman tomorrow before training. I'm sure he'll tell you what you need to know."

That wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. He was making it seem like I didn't need to know who the hell was following me. At this point, I can only hope that things will turn out for the best.

The next day came. Classes and work went by swiftly.

Before I knew it, it was almost time to leave. Alicia came in about twenty minutes before we had to leave. I had told her what had happened the day before about being watched. I advised her to keep an eye on her surroundings. If someone was watching me, they could be watching her as well.
