I walk with my husband through the streets of the Hidden Leaf Village one early afternoon. We were both off duty for now so we thought we'd spend time together before our next mission.
I smile to myself as I gaze around the village.
I glance to my husband to see he's gazing back at me. I thread my arms through his as I hug Kakashi's arm and lean my head on his shoulder.
I feel Kakashi smiling softly back at me.
We walk for another twenty minutes before I sense a presence in front of us. "Kakashi, Izayoi," Says a man's voice, causing me to look up. An ANBU Black Op is standing before us with an owl mask. "Tsunade-sama has requested your presence."
Kakashi responds as he nods his head, "Okay. We'll head there right now." The ANBU then Body Flickers away. Kakashi lets out a sigh as he meets my eyes. "It looks like we have yet another mission."
"So it would seem," I mutter. "We should go and see what the Fifth wants."
Kakashi nods his head and we head for the Hokage tower with our hands clasped together.

We stand in front of Tsunade as Shizune stands beside her with the female pig, Tonton, in her arms. Tonton lets out an oink.
Tsunade begins, "Your mission is to guard a lord of a nearby village who's being targeted by two assassins. His name is Toshiro Watanabe. He'll give you the rest of the details when you arrive."
Shizune hands is a map with the village's location on it.
"You leave in twenty minutes. Good luck," Tsunade says before we bow slightly in respect and head home to prepare for the S Ranked mission.

After packing our bags and hiring a babysitter for Akemi and Ken, Kakashi and I are leaping through the forest in the direction of the village.
We later find a clearing to make camp for our first night and Kakashi sets up a fire while I cook. We chat contentedly as we eat before settling down for the night, with Kakashi taking first watch.
By early morning, after breakfast, we head out for our destination once again.
We arrive in the Land of Birds in a few days and find the village located on the map. When we get there, Kakashi asks to see the lord Toshiro Watanabe, and we head to his castle.
We get escorted in by the guards and stand before a young man with blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Welcome. My name is Toshiro Watanabe. I'm so glad you could make it. For the past week, my home has been invaded by two assassins. I'd like for you Leaf ninja to stop them no matter what."
"We'll deal with them, sir," I say.
Toshiro nods his head and Kakashi and I are escorted to our shared room for our stay here. We then rest up from our long journey before we get ready for our mission.
