Like a flower without water, like a sunrise without sun, like a world without light, without you I wither away, day by day more and more …I miss you very much.

In a dingy, dimly lit cell, a man hung chained, his body grotesquely swollen, his brown hair matted with blood, his nose streaming with crimson rivulets. Scars and bruises distorted his face, and one eye dangled precariously down his cheek, a macabre pendulum swinging with each merciless blow. The metal chair creaked in protest as if it too felt the agony inflicted upon its occupant.

Outside, the guards shifted uneasily, their discomfort palpable as they bore witness to the unbridled cruelty seeping through the door. "That woman has a heart of gold to love him," one guard whispered, awestruck by the brutality. His companion nodded in agreement.

Inside, the torturer paused, whiskey bottle in hand, their wild hair and beard obscuring all but their piercing emerald eyes, which flashed with malevolence. With a careless gesture, they doused the captive in the remaining liquor, his blood-curdling screams echoing through the walls as his body convulsed in agony.

The captor's voice was eerily calm, "Who has my woman?" they asked, their gaze cold and unyielding. The captive's ragged response was laced with desperation, "I don't know... I just did what I was paid for." The torturer's reply was swift and merciless, "Then you're of no use to me." With a swift stab, they plunged their gloved hand into the captive's chest, ripping out his still-beating heart. As the man's life faded, he whispered, "You're a devil." The captor's laughter was a chilling, mirthless sound.

The metal door swung open, and Ricardo's voice boomed in horror, "Fucking hell, Tristian, what's wrong with you?" He had returned from a four-month business trip to find his family worried sick about Tristian's sanity, his behavior erratic and dangerous. Tristian's brothers and parents feared for his mental health, and Ricardo was the only one he would listen to.

Tristian breezed through the door with a nonchalant shrug of his masculine shoulders, Ricardo quickly followed after his brother-in-law who had entered the sitting area in the base, he sat down with a sigh grabbing another bottle of whiskey which slipped through his fingers as Ricardo snatched it from him while the others watch the two in silence knowing what was coming next.

"Are you out of your mind, Tristian?" Ricardo thundered, his voice trembling with a mix of frustration and desperation. "You're slaughtering every person involved in their kidnapping without bothering to extract any information. How do you expect to find them if you continue down this senseless path? Your reckless behavior will be your downfall, and the amount of alcohol you've been consuming will be the death of you. Everyone is worried sick about you, and yet you're being cavalier with your life. Your children have been asking for you for three months now. What do you hope to achieve by killing indiscriminately, without any tangible results to show for it?"

Ricardo's words hung in the air, met with a chilling silence. Tristian's gaze was unnerving, his head tilted to one side, his piercing eyes glinting with an unsettling amusement that only served to further agitate Ricardo. The air was heavy with tension, the weight of Tristian's actions and their consequences pressing down upon them like a physical force.

Tristian pulled the other man into a comforting hug, patting his back. "Calm down, buddy," he murmured, his voice soothing. The other man growled in frustration but didn't push him away. Tristian's companions stifled their laughter, surprised by his sudden display of affection. Over the past few months, Tristian had become increasingly cunning and humorous, catching them off guard.

As he walked into the living room's bathroom, he said, "And those I killed had no information on their whereabouts. Some were just Diego's dogs trying to piss me off." The others burst into laughter again, but Ricardo shook his head in disbelief. He knew that if they continued to enable Tristian's behavior, everything and everyone would be doomed.
