I lay motionless on the stone floor.

"Again." Says Kabuto.

"I can't." I say.

He kicks me.
"Again."

I rest my hand on the water again. I'm trying to "move my chakra" to the water.

"I don't even understand what this is supposed to be doing?!" I complain.

"Silence." He says and steps onto my other hand that rests on the floor.

"Use pain to fuel your chakra." He says.

"I—"
I try saying.

Flashes of images flood my vison.

Pain

Killing

My breath goes ragged.

Kabuto puts more weight onto my hand.

I cry out feeling my hand getting crushed.

Suddenly I feel it
The chakra

I hear the water freeze and crack.

I can't stop the visions though.

My body feels weightless.
I squeeze my eyes closed.

When I open them the room is covered in blood.

This is not where I was training.

As I stand my feet feel the tatami floor.

My stomach drops.

How am I here?

I walk dizzily to the sliding door. Opening it to see nothing.

"Akari!" I hear faintly.

"Akari!

"Akari!" I hear louder.

I feel pounding on my chest.

"Akari!" I hear Kabuto say.

"Fuck! Come on!" He yells.

My eyes slide open but are unable to move.

Kabuto is doing chest compressions on me. And Orochimaru is there with his arms crossed.

"Akari?" Orochimaru says and brushes my hair off of my face.

Kabuto stops and is gasping for air.

"Don't move. Just lay here. Can you hear me dear?" Orochimaru says.

I manage to blink.

"Good." He replies.

"I don't know what happened." Kabuto says taking off his glasses and wiping his face.

"The curse is calling her. I theorize it won't stop until she is found." Orochimaru says petting my hair.

"Or until you are dead." He adds.
