Chapter 50

All of the cousins started to enjoy their time by playing games and watching movies. Jungkook also joined them as he was also child by heart. All of them were enjoying a lot.

Around 2 pm, everyone decided to sleep. Chaeyoung, Iseul and Hana slept in Hana's room while Jaehyun and Seojoon were given a different room. But now, all the cousins were gathered in Hana's room.

In Hana's room, all of them were sitting on the bed in a circle. Chaeyoung was thinking something very seriously. Iseul noticed and asked her "What happened Chae?"  Chaeyoung turned towards Isuel and spoke "I was thinking- never mind. It's not that important" she said and laid back on the bed.

"Tell Chae. No one is going to judge you" Isuel encouraged her. Chaeyoung hesitated "Umm, I wanted to know that- I - Unnie, you were adopted, right? How did you find out about that" she asked quickly and hid her face in the cushion.

Iseul widened her eyes hearing that question. Seojoon smacked Chaeyoung's arm "Yahh! how can you ask that question" he scolded and turned towards Iseul. "Noona, you don't have to answer that question" he said and tried to divert the topic.

"No. It's fine. I will tell you. It's not that serious" Iseul said with a soft smile and looked at them. She started saying the story

Flashback to when Isuel was 16 years old:
It was a rainy night. Jin and Iseul were at home. Isuel was watching TV with Jin was sitting beside her working on his laptop. Suddenly, Jin called her "Isuel, can you bring the blue file from the drawer in my room" "Yes appa" she said and went to his room to get the file.

She went inside the room and opened the drawer. There were two blue files. So she took both of them to give it to him not knowing which file is the correct one. Her attention went to one of the blue file as it had her name 'Kim Iseul'. "Why does it have my name?" she muttered and opened the file to take a look at it.

It was an official paper. It was named "Adoption certificate" and it had Iseul's name. Seeing that, Iseul's mind stopped working. She went into a state of shock. She didn't know that she was adopted. When asked about mom, Jin used to say that she left them and went away from home. It was all a lie. She got shocked that Jin lied to her. She wasn't able to digest the fact that she was adopted.

Meanwhile with Jin, he was working seriously but suddenly widened his eyes realising something. The file, Iseul's adoption file was in the drawer. So he immediately rushed to his room to stop Iseul from seeing that file. He reached there and said "Isuel-ah, it's not there. I will tak-" he stopped when he saw Iseul already reading a file. He closed his eyes and opened after a second. "Isuel" his voice came out as whisper.

"You lied to me" Iseul said with a low voice. "Just listen to me" he tried to explain. Iseul shook her head and threw the file on the bed and rushed out the room. "Stop. Listen to me" Jin yelled but she didn't listen to him and ran towards the door of the house. "Stop Iseul, it's raining heavily" he yelled again but she didn't stop and left the house.

"AHH! F*CK" Jin cursed and followed her outside. It was raining heavily so Jin didn't have proper vision. "Iseul! Where did you go?" He muttered and looked around. Far away, he found a girl running on the pavement without caring about the surroundings. Jin ran towards her by yelling "Iseul!! Stop right there. It's dangerous outside".

Iseul heard him but she didn't pay attention and ran more fastly. Jin increased his pace to reach her. He was a mafia, so he can definitely  reach Iseul in no time. He reached near her spoke "Iseul! Stop. I am warning you" he said sternly but she didn't stop. He lost his patience and ran a bit more fast. He grabbed her arm from the backside and turned her around.
