Chapter 32

Flashback continues:
Areum POV:
I got out of the car and looked around. I was stunned seeing that place because it was a very beautiful cafe. At the entrance there was an arch decorated with colourful flowers. Around the cafe, there was a garden filled with beautiful flowers. The chairs and tables were arranged in the garden. "Wooww!! It's so beautiful" I exclaimed in joy.

Heesung smiled and said "I know you will like it". All of us were welcomed by the invigorating smell of the coffee. I love coffee very much so it felt like I entered heaven. We went and settled on the chairs. We ordered coffees and waffles. As we were waiting for the food, I went and looked around the garden to see the beautiful flowers and butterflies flying around. I took few photos of the flowers and butterflies.

After a few minutes our order arrived and we started having our food while chatting but Jungkook-ssi was silent the whole time. I kept a note in my mind to ask him about his behaviour later.

After eating, we took multiple pictures of us. Heesung took out his phone to click a picture of mine but I stopped him saying that I don't like it. He nodded while understanding and kept his phone aside. But the real reason is that my brothers asked me not to have any picture of mine in others' phone for safety purposes. We enjoyed for sometime in the cafe itself and left from there.

While going in the car, Heesung spoke "You are so beautiful Areum". I blushed at the sudden compliment and averted my gaze from him. He laughed seeing me face red like a tomato. We talked like this while Heesung was complimenting me from time to time. "Stop it Heesung. You are overdoing it now" I said to him with a giggle. "No Areum, you totally deserve whatever I told you today" he said a smile.

"I-" I started but Jungkook-ssi cut me off by saying "We reached the university". "Okay Areum. It was nice hanging out with you. Let's spend more time like this" Heesung said. "Sure, it was nice being with you" I replied to him with a smile. He pulled me into a hug and wrapped his hands around my waist. I felt a little uneasy but shrugged off thinking it's not a big deal.

Both of us got out of the car, Heesung went to his car while I shifted my place to the front, beside Jungkook-ssi and we left from the university. I felt a little uneasy about the silent atmosphere as it was never like this. I decided to ask him "What happened to you?" "Nothing" he replied shortly. I sighed and asked again "No, something's bothering you. You can tell me. Did I do anything wrong?"

"I told you ma'am. It's nothing" he replied to me a little bit annoyed. "Fine" I said to him a bit angrily and didn't bother him again. After a few minutes he said "Sorry, I didn't mean to talk to you in that way. I was just having something in my mind". I looked at him and said "Huh, okay. Don't worry about it, it will be alright" I said to him to cheer him up. "You don't look good like this. Don't be silent and be your goofy self from next time" I said with a smile. He smiled and nodded at me.

Two days later:
It was the results day. We went to university as usual and I was waiting nervously for the results. After a few minutes the report cards were placed on the table. I went and took my report card to check the results. I opened and I sighed heavily looking at that and laid my head on the table with a thud. Jungkook-ssi took the report card from me and saw it. "Ma'am, you did it!!" he exclaimed in happiness.

"No, did you see the results properly. One B grade and remaining C's" I said being frustrated. "That's what, you improved from the last time" he said encouraging me. "Yes, but my brothers won't be happy with that. I was told to get all A's" I said with a sad voice. He looked at me for few seconds and said "It's fine, you can think about that later. Now, forget about that and cheer up" he said to me while smiling a little.

I nodded a little and kept the report card inside. Nothing much happened the whole day. While returning I looked at Jungkook-ssi and said "I want to eat ice cream". "Okay, where do you want to go" he asked me. "Anywhere, just take me there" I said plainly. He nodded and took me to a place. It was small and cute shop at the end of the street.
