Around a month ago:
"Eomma, can I get my own mobile. Most of my friends have it. Pleasee" Hana requested her mom. "No dear. You are too young to have a phone" Areum said to her daughter. "I am fifteen eomma" she said to her mom. Areum thought for a little "No baby, how about we get you a mobile for your 16th birthday? Doesn't it sound good" she said with a grin to cheer up her daughter.

"No, I want it right now" Hana threw a tantrum. Areum sighed "Let me talk to your appa" she said in defeat as she didn't want to argue with her daughter. "I am sure appa will agree" she said with a confidence. Areum nodded and Hana left to her room.

Later that night, Jungkook was laying on his bed while scrolling his phone. Areum cleared her throat to get his attention and spoke "Baby, how about we get a mobile for Hana. She is already 15, so I think it's the right age for her to get her own mobile". Jungkook kept his phone aside "No, didn't we decide to give it to her on her 16th birthday. We still have 8 months for that baby" he told her.

"Yes, but Hana was asking me in the morning. She never asked anything, so I thought that may be we can give it to her a little bit earlier" Areum reasoned to him. "No Areum-ah, it's not the right time. I don't want to talk about this again" he stated firmly. Areum didn't have the heart to deny her daughter so she tried again "Kook! Look, she isn't a kid. She know how to handle a phone. We can still keep an eye on her activities on her phone, right? Pleasee" Areum tried pleading him again.

"Areum. I said no, right! Don't argue with me about that matter. I know what I am doing, I don't want to talk about it" Jungkook stated in a way that left no space for further argument "Fine, don't be mad at me now" Areum said and laid down beside Jungkook by hugging him. "I am not mad baby. I was just saying. You don't worry about Hana. I will talk to her" Jungkook said softly. Areum nodded and both of them spent their night cuddling each other.

Next day:
Hana again went to her mom to ask about mobile "Eomma! Appa said yes for mobile, right?" she asked excitedly. Areum felt bad to deny her daughter but she told her "No baby, your appa said no. I promise, we will get it for your 16th birthday. Okay?" she tried to make her understand.

Hana became angry and yelled "You must be kidding me! I don't think appa will ever say no to me". Areum got surprised that Hana raised her voice "Baby, calm down. Don't yell, please" she said softly to calm her down. "No. I am not calming down. You always do this. You also say no to me" Hana yelled again.

Hearing all the yelling, Jungkook came out of the room seriously. "What's happening here?" He asked with seriousness. Areum knows that Jungkook is going to get angry if he finds out that Hana yelled at her so she spoke in between "Nothing Jungkook, you go. We were just having a talk" she said and pulled Hana closer. "No appa. Eomma is just being b*tchy. She is -" Hana started but Jungkook cut in "Jeon Hana! How dare you say that word to your mom. Apologise right now" he said sternly with a loud voice.

Areum got hurt by the words of her daughter but she didn't want to get her scolded, so she said "Kook, I am okay. You go to the room. Okay?" she said so that the things don't escalate as both father and daughter are angry. "Stop taking her side Areum. This is the main reason she is behaving like this. You never scold her for her mistakes" Jungkook said angrily.

Areum ignored him and turned towards Hana "Dear. Go to your room, okay? I need to talk with your appa" she said softly while hugging her from the side. Hana was so furious, so she pushed Areum with a little force by yelling "You don't have to act nice now". Areum stumbled a little due to the sudden push and Jungkook widened his eyes in anger.
