Flashback continues: Areum went to the mansion hurriedly because she want no one to see them. She looked around hiding behind a wall before entering the living room as her brothers might be present. To her luck, no one was there in the living room. She ran to her room and locked the door so that no one can enter the room.
Areum kept the things and laid on the bed. Suddenly, she hid her face in her palms and rolled on the bed by squealing in happiness and also feeling shy. "I can't believe I went on a date with him" she said to herself in between the squealing. "This is not a dream right?" She questioned and pinched herself lightly on her hand but winced in pain. "No, it's real. Not a dream!" She exclaimed and looked at the flowers and chocolates on the table.
She removed the flowers from the bouquet and kept them in a vase in her room to keep them fresh for a longer time as she wanted to preserve her first date memories.
After sometime, she sneakily went outside the room as to not get caught by her brothers. She went down and peeked into the rooms making sure no one was there. When she noticed that no one was present, she went to dining room to have her dinner. "Unnie, is dinner ready" Areum asked a worker. "Yes dear. You want me to serve dinner for you" the worker asked making Areum nod her head. She served her dinner and Areum started eating.
After a few minutes, the worker spoke "Areum-ah, why didn't you wait for your brothers in the morning? You also left without having your breakfast" "I had important work at university unnie" Areum said without looking at her. She just nodded her head without saying anything.
As Areum was about to finish her dinner, she heard voices from the living room. She widened her eyes realising her brothers came back from work. She stuffed the remaining food fastly and said "Unnie, can you please put my dirty dishes away. I am sorry". She ran away without even waiting for her reply.
Yoongi who was just going upstairs noticed her and called for her "Areum-ah, stop, I need to talk" but she ignored and went away. Yoongi sighed and mumbled "It's going to be hard". Taehyung, who observed everything felt sad that Areum was ignoring them. He went to Yoongi but he didn't observe him as he was lost in thoughts. "I never knew silent treatment would hurt like this" Taehyung said making Yoongi jump back a little as he didn't notice him there.
"I know, right? Anyways, did you guys make arrangements for tomorrow?" Yoongi asked Taehyung. "Yes hyung. Everything is done" Taehyung replied. Yoongi hummed and said "I don't want any carelessness for tomorrow or else" he left the threat hanging in the air. Taehyung gulped and said "Of course hyung, you don't have to worry about anything". Yoongi nodded and went from there.
Next day: Areum got up and opened the door of her room. She saw a small parcel outside her room. She picked it up and opened it. It was a pair of sunglasses that she ordered two days back to gift it to Jungkook. It was before she confessed to him as she planned to gift him the sunglasses as a friend. She kept the package aside and freshened up to go to university.
She went downstairs and ate her breakfast hurriedly to avoid her brothers. She decided on giving them silent treatment till they realise their mistake. She left the mansion before any of them spot her.
Areum went out of the mansion and found Jungkook waiting with the car. Jungkook saw her and smiled brightly while Areum reciprocated the same smile. "I have something for you" Areum said to Jungkook. "What is it" he asked being excited. "Here" she said and showed him a pair of sunglasses. "It's so good baby" he said and wore them immediately and showed it to her.
