Taehyung left the backstage room, feeling overwhelmed and unable to face anyone. The tension in the air was too much for him, and he couldn’t bring himself to look at his friends or his mother, even as they called out to him. What could he say to them? He felt like words wouldn’t help.

He got into his car, his hands trembling as he started the engine. Without thinking twice, he drove away from the venue, the car speeding down the road as if he could escape his feelings. Everything felt like it was falling apart. He had hoped that Jin would finally realize that the only thing standing in their way was Jin’s own fears. But as Taehyung drove, he knew that hope was gone, leaving him feeling defeated.

Meanwhile, Jin collapsed to the floor as soon as Taehyung left. The pain hit him like a wave, making it hard to breathe. He clutched his stomach, feeling as if his whole body was being torn apart.

Jimin rushed into the room, hearing Jin’s cries of pain. Others followed, including Taehyung’s mother, who hurried to Jin’s side.

“What’s wrong?” Jimin asked, his voice full of worry.

“It hurts,” Jin cried, his tears making it hard to see. The pain in his voice was clear to everyone around him.

Mrs. Kim gently put her hand on Jin’s shoulder, trying to comfort him. “Can you tell me what kind of pain it is?” she asked softly, but Jin could only shake his head, too overwhelmed to describe the pain he was feeling.

"Let me call Taehyung," Jimin says, pulling out his phone. He dials the alpha's number, but it goes straight to voicemail. "He's not answering," Jimin sighs, frustrated, as he puts his phone away.

"We need to take Jin to the hospital," Namjoon says, stepping forward to help. He reaches out to lift Jin from the floor, but Jin quickly stands up on his own. "I'm fine. I just need to be alone," Jin insists, his voice shaky. Without waiting for a response, he rushes out of the room. The pain he feels is all too familiar, and he knows exactly what it means. Driven by desperation, he heads off to find Taehyung, having a strong feeling where the alpha might be.

On the way, Jin tries calling Taehyung again, but there's no answer. He knows he should be careful, given his condition, but that thought barely registers as he speeds towards his destination. It’s as if nothing else matters but finding Taehyung.

After an hour of driving, with no traffic to slow him down, Jin finally arrives. He parks the car and immediately starts running up the hill, his breath coming in ragged gasps, exhaustion threatening to overtake him. His vision blurs as he pushes forward, knowing he's close. As he reaches the top, he calls out, "Tae?" His voice echoes as he runs across the open field, desperate to find Taehyung before he collapses from the exhaustion and pain.

It was too dark to see clearly, so Jin moved cautiously, feeling his way towards the wooden shelter in the middle of the field. When he reached it, he sat down, trying to catch his breath. "He's not here," he whispered to himself, his heart sinking.

"Taehyung!" he called out again, his voice echoing into the night, but there was no reply. A sudden, dreadful thought hit him maybe Taehyung had actually left, disappearing without a trace.

Jin's breath caught in his throat, and the pain in his stomach intensified. Tears streamed down his face as he realized how wrong he had been. He should have listened to Taehyung before it got to this point.

His sobs grew louder, filling the empty field with his sobbing. He curled into himself, crying harder than he had in a long time.

"I thought you wanted me to leave," a familiar voice said softly. Taehyung knelt down beside him, his presence gentle yet firm.

"No, no, I was so wrong," Jin choked out between sobs. "I want you back, Taehyung. Please, don’t leave." His words were desperate, pleading, as he buried his face in his hands. "Please come back," he whispered, as if saying it enough times would make it true.

Taehyung quietly wrapped his arms around Jin, who hadn’t yet realized that Taehyung was actually there beside him. "I’m right here next to you," Taehyung whispered softly.

"You’re next to me?" Jin echoed, still dazed, the realization slowly sinking in. He blinked, understanding that the voice he heard wasn’t just in his head. "You’re next to me," he repeated, his tears flowing even more freely now. He pulled away slightly, only to cry harder. "I was looking for you," he said, his voice trembling. He weakly hit Taehyung’s chest, "I was calling your name, but you didn’t answer. I thought you had left," he sniffled, his fear and relief mixing together. "I’m sorry. I take back everything I said. I promise I won’t let my doubts and fears keep me away from you."

Taehyung held Jin tightly, letting him release all his pent-up emotions. "Thank you for choosing me," he whispered, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of Jin’s head. "We’ll be fine now, as long as we’re together."

"I love you, Taehyung," Jin confessed, looking up into Taehyung’s eyes with all the sincerity in his heart.

"I love you too, Seokjin," Taehyung replied, "You mean the world to me—no, actually, you are my world. I revolve around you. I wouldn’t want to live a day in this world without you by my side. I’ll follow you to the very end, and I’ll make sure you never feel alone."

Jin wiped the tears from his face and hugged Taehyung tightly, letting out a relieved laugh. "I can't believe I almost messed this up," he joked, finally feeling the weight lift off his shoulders. The pain in his stomach was long forgotten, replaced by the warmth of being in Taehyung's arms.

That night, they both fell asleep in the car, the exhaustion of the day giving way to peace. The next morning, they woke up in each other’s arms, the biggest smiles on their faces. Taehyung looked at Jin, a playful glint in his eye. "How about we get married?"

"We’re already mated," Jin replied, nuzzling against Taehyung’s chest.

"So? I need to lock you down legally too," Taehyung laughed, turning to face Jin. "But how about a honeymoon before the wedding?"

Jin met Taehyung’s gaze, a smile on his lips. "How about a pregnancy before the wedding?" He expected the alpha to be surprised, but Taehyung's reaction was calm, almost as if he had known all along.

"You knew?" Jin asked, eyes wide with surprise.

"Yeah," Taehyung said with a grin. "I was around you in the hotel. I was staying with Hyung next door—"

Jin immediately sat up, realization dawning on him. "So those weren’t just vivid dreams?" he asked, the pieces finally falling into place.

"Yeah, that was me," Taehyung admitted, tracing his fingertips gently along Jin's back. "I couldn’t leave you alone after finding out. I know better than that." He paused for a moment, then asked, "Do you want a big wedding or something more intimate?"

"Definitely an intimate one," Jin replied with a small smile. "I spent the whole week thinking I was losing my mind, and it turns out you were actually there the whole time."

Just then, Taehyung's phone vibrated again. He got up to check it, and as soon as he answered, Boem’s frantic voice came through. "Where have you been? Seokjin’s missing, too. Everyone’s so worried."

Taehyung smiled, glancing at Jin. "We’re together," he said, his voice calm. "Don’t worry about us. We’ll be gone for a week or so." With that, he ended the call and turned off his phone.

He pulled Jin closer, looking into his eyes. "So, where do we want to go?" he asked softly.

"Wherever you want us to go," Jin replied, his voice tender.

Taehyung’s expression softened as he leaned in. "Honestly, I just want to take you home, cuddle you, scent you, and make love to you all the time," he confessed, a blush creeping up on Jin’s face as he said it. Jin looked away, trying to hide his flustered expression.

"Let’s just do that then," Jin murmured.
