"We're seperated by the fear of getting close....I am in love with the impossibility of us." A brown eyed guy said tilting his head like a puppy with a huge grin as he intertwined his hand with Zayn's.

Suddenly the scenery changed but the guy remained the same. Just his clothes were different.

"You make my dopamine go all silly!" He said, his cheeks a crimson red as he shyly rubbed the back of his head.

The scenery changed again. This time Zayn was looking at himself from a third person's point of view. Zayn was standing near a flower and looking at it sadly.

"The more you love, the more you suffer." Zayn said sadly, Lucifer kept a hand on Zayn's shoulder but didn't give him fake hopes or advices.

Zayn realised he was going through a folder of his lost memories. Memories that got triggered by the name Louis had just said. Who was Liam? Why couldn't he remember him? And why does he look so familiar???

"Zayn? Zayn!!" Louis said as Zayn slowly blinked his eyes open.

"Louis!" Zayn said happily as he hugged him. Louis hugged him back with a huge smile.

"I missed you!" Louis said.

"Me too!" Zayn pulled back with a smile.

"Oh my God you're finally awake!" Damon said crying happy tears.

"How are you feeling?" Lucifer asked concerned.

Zayn frowned looking at them. Then suddenly his eyes glowed golden making everyone gasp.

"Zayn where are your contacts?!" Lucifer asked worried.

"I-I threw them away." Zayn confessed.

"Did anyone else see you after that?" Lucifer asked concerned.

Zayn nodded "Alex did." he said.

"Out of everyone, an angel had to see it!" Damon said exasperated.

"He's my friend!" Zayn said frowning.

"The same one who put you to sleep!" Louis said.

"Huh?" Zayn asked confused.

"He had cast a sleeping spell on you! Lucifer brought you here!" Damon said.

"That's why my nightmares never ended..." Zayn mumbled.

"Did you see anything new?" Lucifer asked.

"Yes. I saw a boy with brown eyes. He seemed..he's my? Was my lover?" Zayn said trying to understand.

Everyone silently exchanged glances with each other.

"Is he- is he dead?" Zayn asked concerned.

"No, of course not!" Lucifer replied immediately.

"Then? What happened?" Zayn asked confused.

"You both don't remember each other." Louis sighed.

"Oh.." Zayn replied looking at his hands.

"He's already in love with you all over again." Damon said reassuring Zayn.

"But you don't remember him." Lucifer said.

"I don't." Zayn said sighing.

"I saw a memory where I said " The more you love, the more you suffer" You were with me, Luci." Zayn said looking at Lucifer.

"Oh. It was from the time you- actually I think it's best you get that info back from your memories than me telling you." Lucifer said and Zayn nodded sadly.

"I will remember. Eventually, I will." Zayn mumbled to himself.
