It was quiet. Just you and the sound of the wind as you flew through the air. It's been an hour since you jumped ship, and the regret was starting to eat away at you. You knew Nami brought it up out of concern, but if there was one thing you didn't want to draw attention to, it was the scar that laid the middle of your back. A mark that you couldn't get rid of that the World Government branded on you. The memories left a bitter taste on your tongue, causing you to grimace.

An island was coming into view and you breathed in a sigh of relief. You wanted to sit down somewhere where no one knew you. The thought of a nice cup of (f/d) made you mouth start watering. You angled down and aimed for the edge of the island littered in trees.

You landed quietly and looked around. No one and nothing was in site. Your only company was the sound of rustling leaves. You relaxed your shoulders and smoothed out your clothes and hair. You walked through the trees, following the sounds of chatter that grew louder the longer you walked.

You peaked out of the tree line and saw the bustling of a beautiful city. The streets were lined with umbrellas hung from buildings, giving the locals a welcoming shade to protect them from the beating sun. You walked out and became enraptured by the energy in the air. The locals were running around, looking like they were setting up for something big. If you asked someone, you were almost certain they'd say a festival. And if you asked someone the name of this island you were more certain they'd say it's Kasa Island.

You let the activity wash over you. The laughter and joy in the air filled you with glee and a smile bloomed across your face. What you needed was definitely a festival full of fun, food, and booze. If the twins were here you could already hear them say you need to let off some steam in another way. The thought made you chuckle, knowing Jade would be there to hit them both behind the heads and lecture them.

You were never one to find comfort in another person, but you knew many of your our crew members did. They said it made it easier to handle weight if they could fall into someone's arms for a night. You never told them no, as it wasn't your body , but it wasn't what you did to distract yourself. It wasn't easy for you to just find someone and sleep with them on a whim. You heard many stories from many of your crew members as they got too drunk, even a few from your right hand woman, so you were t obviously to the world of sex. It made you happy knowing they found ways to make themselves feel better and a little more whole. God only knows the nightmares you all hold in.

You have thought about it before, you just preferred to watch from afar with a drink in your hand and a full stomach. The thought of rolling in the sheets with a stranger wasn't appealing, and you couldn't risk the thought of someone seeing your scar. The only ones you really trusted were your crew, and you wouldn't fuck any of them, so the idea was off the table.

You walked around the city and followed your nose, letting lead you to a cute restaurant with outdoor seating. "An outside table for one please." The hostess smiles at you and bows.

"Of course! I'll have someone come out and take your order in just a minute. Please sit wherever you'd like outside." You smiled and bowed your head in thanks. You took a small table that pointed right at the heart of the city, and sat with your back to the door of the restaurant. It made you feel a little at ease knowing you could see all the main activity of the city right in front of you.

A waiter placed a water in front of you breaking your attention away from watching the city. "Have you decided on what you wanted?" You smiled up at him and nodded.

"Yes can I have a large (f/d), please?" The waiter nodded and took your menu.

"Of course."

You closed your eyes and let the warm breeze wash over you. On the Sunny the breeze felt cooler. It always fascinated you that different islands in the same general area had different climates. The warm breeze was welcoming as the umbrellas casted a cool shade that made goosebumps crawl up your arms. The sight was breathtaking. You made a mental note to come back here with your crew.
