You woke up, feeling a little refreshed. You were still battered and bruised, but you didn't feel like you were hanging out with Death anymore, having a sip of ice cold death in a tea cup. Which, was a common occurrence. You stood up slowly, needing to stretch your muscles. All your joints give a satisfying pop. You signed happily and rolled your shoulders slightly. The tension in your body felt like it was washed away with those pops. If you weren't so worried about opening your gash on the side of your stomach you'd stretch out your back.

You form a ball of fire on your left hand and look around the cave. It was getting pretty stuffy in here, but it looked like nothing came in during your recovery time. You left the ball of fire float in front of you by using your wind to hold it up. You sat down and brought the fire with you, moving to unwrap your bandages to see the damage. The small cuts have mostly healed over and the bruises are almost gone. Another day or two of rest and they'd be gone fully. You unwrap the bloodu bandage on your forearm where Lucci got you good at the start of the fight. It looks like it's going to scar, but cauterizing it on the spot helped it heal quickly. The skin doesn't feel as jagged as it would've if you left it alone. You unwrap the wound on your right calf and notice the same thing. The masked one got a good shot on you, putting a finger bullet right through your calf while you were jumping. Subconsciously you are good at cauterizing your wounds so they don't cause you to faint mid fight due to blood lose, a skill you forced yourself to be used to. It's saved you more times than you can count. You're most concerned about the wound on your stomach. Kaku landed a good slice on you that went very deep. This wound was the one that pushed you to finish it quick. Another few hits like that and you would've went down.

You took a deep breath and removed the bandages. You wound was crusted over and still felt a little sensitive. The skin was jagged, and it was going to leave quick the scar. You didn't think at the time to try to close it up. The slice honestly freaked you out and had you rushing. That's where all the extra little bruises came from as you scrambled to get close enough to the three but also just out of reach do to the abilities of Rokushiki. It was a bitch to fight against, and going up against three of them that were masters at it was a death sentence. You were lucky to make it out alive. You thanked Nika for always watching over you and saving your ass every time you resort to an all out attack.

You burned the bloodied bandages, not wanting to leave a trace. You applied a healing balm to the three major wounds and left the small cuts and bruises still littering your body alone. They'd heal up on their own with a little more rest. Rest that you really couldn't give your body. You felt more awake this time, and prayed it was only one more night you fell asleep. You thought about how your crew is and what they're thinking of, causing a shiver to run down your spin. You're going to get the lecture of a century from Jade and your crew doctor Takemi once you meet back up with them.

You eat a heavy meal of bread and cheese, and drank half a canteen of water. You still had enough resources to get you through a few more days, so it was best to bring it with you. You stood up with the bag on your back and opened the mouth of the cave. A cool breeze blew in, giving your heated body a much needed cool down. You took in a deep breath and could smell the salt from the ocean. You patted yourself on the back for picking a good spot half delirious to pass out in.

You walked a few minutes to the edge of the forest and found the vast sea. It was a sight for sore eyes that have been looking in a dark cave for who knows how many days. You held your arms out and let the wind run over your body, making you feel giddy. "Alright, let's get going!" You backed up a few feet and sprinted. Once you were at the edge you pushed yourself off and flew into the sky, hopping to run into Luffy and the others soon.

*Time skip*

Jade's POV

A few hourd have passed since learning about the fight, and there it was, the Straw Hats' ship a few hundred feet in front of me. One of the crewmates spotted them while they were on lookout in the crows nest. I was standing on the main deck with my arms crossed, the twins standing on each side of me.

"Jade, you're going to scare them away."

"Yeah your face is going to scare them off." I felt my eye twitch and I shooed them away.

"If you're going to bother me then go bother someone else. I don't have time to entertain you like Y/N does."

"But Jaaaade." They both whine, causing my eye to twitch even more. I sigh.

"Do whatever you want." They both giggle and hold onto my arms, humming a tune. I take a deep breath and let my scowl fall. They are right. They won't give me the answers I want if I scare them.

"We're getting pretty close. What do you suggest we do?" I turn and see Amarantha walking over. She was cleaning her hands with her rag that were for sure to be covered in grease.

"The ship in good shape." She throws her head back and laughs.

"Ha! Of course it is. I put a lot of love into this baby, she's not going anywhere." I nod and smile. I turn to the sea and see the ship much closer.

"Faith! Get the Red Pearl to be side by side of their ship!"

"Yes ma'am!" She puts her hand on her forehead to salute and laughs, turning the ship.

"Amaranth, slow the ship down. I want to cruise next to them and I dint want them to think we're trying to attack them by flying at them." Amaranth nods and turns to head for below deck to slow the ship.

After a few minutes, the ship starts to slow. The Red Pearl cruises next to the Straw Hats ship and the first person I see is none other than Jimbei. Not surprising as he knows us and we know him. He has a serious look on his face. I walk up to the side of the ship and see the Straw Hat crew intently staring a few feet behind hi , trying to determine if we're a threat. I stop right at the wall of the deck and cross  my arms, staring back.

"Hello, Jimbei. You're looking well." He nods.

"Hello, Jade. You're looking well as well. What do we owe the pleasure of this visit?" I cock my right hip and place my hand on it, tilting my head to the right side.

"Cut the shit Jimbei." I jump and land on the wall of the Straw Hats ship. Zoro unsheathes his words, Ussop holds up his sling shot, Nami holds out her weather baton, and the others look calm but ready to fight if need be. I look around and find Luffy's stare. I lift my chin and growl, letting my Haki roll out. "Where. The. Fuck. Is. My. Captain."
