"Outskirts of New Orleans " I mused watching becca walk towards me holding my niece and her bags."thought you guys would have left this little town by now " from what I heard they didn't stay in one place for long so to say I was surprised there still here is surprising.
"Well your brother is set on making this place her home so" she rolled her eyes clearly annoyed with everything that is going on
"Of course he is, taking the hard road is what they do" if I was him I would have packed up and left ages ago. Found a nice simple town and raise the kid there. Nice, simple and safe but mikealsons didn't do safe. At least my siblings didn't .
"Thank you for doing this. Hope this in your uncle Henrik" Becca smiled toward the child, tears already pricking her eyes at the thought of parting ways. "Who would have thought I'll have to say goodbye to the two youngest Mikealsons." Becca turned to me "I wish you could stay, take care of yourself and your niece " handing her over I buckled her up in my car courtesy of Nik before putting her bags in the car.
"You ready to forget" I questioned walking up to my sister
"I'm ready" she closed her eyes just as I put my hand on her head. Using my magic I made her forget calling me and handing hope over to me. I left the thought that she was safe. Once I was done I snapped her neck before she could open her eyes.
I couldn't let her see me after the spells. It would just undo everything. Picking her up I put her in her own car, kissing her forehead before I left. Getting in my car I left.
I thought when I finally returned home, I would stay with my family not just leave again but life had other plans. Now I had a child to look after for lord knows how long.
"We'll hope it's just us now" glancing in the rear view mirror I saw her already asleep and chuckled"I guess just me for now"
