who knew never completing school would turn around and bite you in the ass. Henrik didn't and now living with Charlie Swan he was being forced to return for his senior year. It was easy enough getting enrolled and testing out of all the other grades but actually attending with other kids who are a bit younger considering he wan now twenty. He asked about to a GED but Charlie was not having it. He didn't age out until twenty-one so he was stuck doing what Charlie wanted under his roof. He respected the man too much to go against his wished even though he could easily over power and force him to change his mind.
So here he was, siting in his White Lexus debating if he really wanted to walk inside when a knock on his window caught his attention. Bella stood there looking nervous as many people began to stare. Rolling down his window he arched a brow confused on why she was there to began with. "what? cant find your vampire boyfriend" he told it as a joke knowing vampires like him were not allowed to let humans know of them but when her eyes widen he knew this was not the case in her situation.
"you know" She lowered her voice glancing around as if someone was listening. Truth was no one could hear them, they were too far away to make out anything that could be said.
"Surprised you even knew, there's a law against it" Being apart of the first vampires but as a witch had its perks. He could potentially find out anything he wanted since he had a strong connection with some old deceased witches himself. He had a get out of jail free car just because he didn't do evil deeds like his older sibling plus he was a witch and very likeable when he wanted to be.
"So how do you know?" realization seemed to dawn on her as she stared him down. "your a vampire a-"
"Not even close" smirking he got out of his car, eyes instantly finding those of Edward and his family. The only ones who could remotely hear there conversation. "I'm no human and defiantly not a vampire so what exactly am I" turning back to Bella he shrugged and leaned back onto his car "your vampy friends may be able to figure it out depending on who they know but you little Bella are just gonna have to figure it out on your own terms. "
Her father didn't even know what he was. All he knew was that Henrik saved his life one summer then spent time sight seeing together along with Hope. nothing more and nothing less. "Don't think so much about it, wouldn't make a difference if you knew or not but class is starting soon soo imma head in"
Without another word he walked pass the shocked human, even sending a small wave towards the vampires on the way. He wanted to tease them a bit just for the hell of it at this point. If he was going to school, he was gonna have his fun messing with others until graduation.
He wont worried about the vampires in the slightest. He could take them, his magic had grown a lot these passing years. As long as no one bothered his niece it was kumbaya with everyone in this town
The seconded that ended though it was free game. No one was safe when his niece was involved. no human, vampire, witch or wolf would be safe if she so much as cried because of them.
